My husband had the best experience with Mark's cycle store !! Knowledgeable mechanics and did a great job of fixing the car orator for a fair price. Would highly recommend them 😊

They had hella used parts. It seemed way over priced to me. The man behind the cash register (won't call him a cashier) was rude, acted like he didn't see or hear me. He was watching something on his phone for what seemed to be well over a minute without even acknowledging that I was standing 2 feet away from him.

Very happy to see Mark's Cycle open last week! Needed a new helmet for the boy child and our recent go to shop didn't have a helmet in his size that he liked so he wasn't going to be able to ride. Driving by just to check when we saw Mark's was open we both lit up like a HID! Of course they had a helmet in his size that he loved with the perfect color scheme... Needless to say he has been ripping everyday since!Extra special thank you to the mechanic who was working in the back even though it was 4:45 and he was supposed to be off at 4 he had stuck around checking people out on what obviously was a very busy and beautiful day! Thank you again!

Mark did not seem too friendly when I last went in there to have a new tire installed on my bike, and charged me an exorbitant amount for a 10 minute job. Over the years I have heard nothing good from anyone who has gone there for service. One friend took his bike there for servicing, and whoever worked on it replaced his expensive custom sprocket with a stock one, and when my friend confronted them about it, they denied everything and simply said, "Prove it!". The one good thing about Mark's is the parts. I recently got a few parts for my bike that I couldn't find ANYWHERE else, even online, and Mark charged a somewhat reasonable amount for them. Unfortunately one of the workers was careless about how they took off an ignition barrel I wanted to buy and two of the small parts went flying. He didn't even bother looking for them and still wanted full price. I was able to talk him down though. My recommendation is to NEVER get anything actually serviced there, but always check there first for parts. Be cautious about the prices though as there will be good deals and rip-offs. Always compare.

My husband has been taking his motorcycles to Mark for more than 20 years. We have given him a lot of business. My husband was recently in there with my 7 year old daughter who unknowingly leaned up against one of the mopeds which in turn caused an avalanche of bikes. My daughter was hysterically crying because it was so traumatic. Mark charged my husband with about a 200% mark up for the blinkers and mirrors to fix the bikes my daughter accidentally broke and would not let my son have his quad back that Mark was fixing until the damages were paid. Horrible way to treat a long time customer. Horrible way to make a 7 year old little girl feel over a complete accident. Mark should have insurance to cover his merchandise in his store. There is a better motorcycle shop in town with better prices and customer service. Do your research.

Mark told me my bike take 3 hours of work. I said it was fine. He gave me an estimate of $500, that was fine. 1 month later he said it needs a rebuild. It would be $550 I said okay. Then I called today and asked if it was done he said yes then try to charge me $800. Go to Sierra motor sports. They use brand new parts and charge the same as mark.

If I could give ' Negative Stars' I would. I came in this past weekend inquiring about having my motor scooter repaired. The owner Mark, and another employee, were just as rude and unhelpful as can possibly be. Mark just stares at you with this glazed over expression on his face, has as much 'people skills' as a piece of wood. Both him and other employee showed about as much interest in helping me as a 5 yr Olds interest in a Calculus textbook. Will NEVER go back again. Btw.....what's up with the hours of operation beginning at 10:15???

It was a nice day for a ride so my husband and I rode an hour up to Grass Valley. After exciting the hwy, we were rear-ended. Needing some repairs before we could head home, we stopped at the closest bike shop. Jason helped patch us up and Mark's wife even drove me to get some lunch while we waited. While eating cheeseburgers outside a bike shop was not what we had planned, we're grateful for their concerns and generosity in making an unfortunate situation not quite so bad.PLEASE watch out for motorcycles. We were lucky today. Thank you Mark's Cycle Store.

Careful. Mark will rip you off if you ever find yourself needing to sell your bike there. Blue book has my scooter listed at $1,665. He offered me $500. *Buyer beware* anything you buy from here has been underbid and the seller undervalued. Not saying don't buy from here if you really need an 'affordable bike' just to keep in mind the karma that will likely come with 😳...I will be taking my business anywhere but here ...p.s the staff seem very helpful !!
