Great service, fast and on time. A bit more expensive but worth it. FYI, they are busy around lunch time. Thank you for always doing us right.

I will have to agree With the one comment About being Hispanic if you are not Hispanic you'll get treated rudely. And they don't honor the return policy that's on the back of the Receipt. Horrible rude people
- VVirginia Favia
Beware! Unless you are Hispanic DONT GO HERE! We paid up front for a part. It was supposed to be ready for us to pick up at the same time the next day. When we returned the next day the woman wanted to charge us AGAIN for the part and we still had to wait an hour for the part. The woman was rude and hateful. She was in no way friendly helpful or nice. We were treated terrible but I am VERY sure that if we had been Hispanic, we would not have gotten dirty looks or attitude.

They seem to adhere to good business practices however the customer care left a lot to be desired I was treated poorly by both people that were there. They took offense when I asked if I could buy a part separate from other pieces of the car. I don't often buy car parts so I don't know how it works I'm a consumer I rely on the business to inform me on how things work not to tell me I'm rude. I felt like I was being confronted. Before even telling me the price they insisted they would not compromise their policies and wanted full value for their work. I never even claimed I would pay any less and they hadnt even told me the price yet. I had been willing to pay the price they eventually told me, however I could not in good conscience because they told me I was rude and would not do business with me I guess because I didn't know what I was doing. They told me to just buy the part online because it was a lot of work to have to go to the car and take the part off and it was hot and I guess the guy was just getting off lunch. Rating two stars because they could not successfully get themselves a new customer, however there were clear signs of a healthy business. I am not their particular type of clientele. I wanted to buy the part for my car but I can't support a business that treats people that way, come on guys it's a salvage yard people come to you when they have a problem with their car they're already stressed you don't have to make that worse. They were not understanding at all and apparently thought that I couldn't afford or didn't want to pay and and they just really took offense to the kind of person that I was. I'm ain't a terrible person, come on.

So I used to work here and me in the manager the manager never really saw eye to eyed eye now me only my own business I called and asked for parts when I when I asked to go ahead and get the parts to me to me the manager's response was aunts was I do not sell to you you really poor business doesn't matter whatever happened between the 2 of us but business is business If this is how you run your business yes it's not the right way to do it And one of the main issues that he had was about a year ago I got a motor from er from them and it was taking a lot longer and every time I called it was excuses after excuses finally I told him that I'm going to get the motor from somewhere else else and he got mad and you've got mad and now won't even do business with me

The Mexican is pretty rude and abnoxious, and he is the so called manager, and the are generally higher than anywhere else. It was much better before the changed ownership
- FFluffy McFlufferson
Rudest, most unprofessional, over priced people I've come across in a long time. First off they got to be pretty bad for me to write a negative review. When I called, the Woman had no clue how to do her job, so after sending me over to a rude man, he found the a used part for twice the cost of a new one. When I questioned the price he was ready quickly to fire back as though he gets questioned a lot about high prices. He told me I must not care about the safety of my children! I said "I care not only about the safety of my children but also about the cost of their Collage education! So when I can buy it new for half the price why would I buy yours? He just hung up on me." Need ZERO stars!

As always, they are great, knowledgeable, and thoughtful of the customer's needs.

I purchased a mass air flow sensor from Aenon and my vehicle still wouldn't run so I had to have it towed to a mechanic shop. It ended up being a bad mass air flow sensor that Aenon sold me. I took it back to get a refund and they don't give refunds. So I asked to exchange for a mass air flow sensor that works , at least I would have it in case I need it again. They wouldn't give me an exchange either because it was 4 days over 30 days. Even with my vehicle not running for the whole time. I will never go there to buy anything again and I don't recommend anyone to buy from Aenon.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. First, they gave me a run around on prices for my vehicle. I called and they said they needed a card on file to get the parts I needed but wouldn't charge anything to my card until I got the parts. Went in the following day at 1:30 to pick up my parts, stated "Hi, here to pick up my parts, the guy on the phone said they would be ready after 1." She rolls her eyes and says "of course he did....I don't think they are here yet." She gets up to go look, and comes out with what looks to be my parts, but for a car 10 years older than mine. When I explained to them those parts they had ordered did not look like they were for a 2017 model, she stated they were for a 2007 model. I explained that my car is a 2017 and she walks away, comes back, and says "well the guy on the phone with you yesterday says you said 2007." I'm pretty sure I know what year my vehicle is, which is a 2017, so I have driven over an hour to go pick up parts for my vehicle when they couldn't even get the year correct and ordered the wrong parts! To top it all off, they were extremely unapologetic. Told me I was in the wrong, that I said the year of the car wrong. Never mentioned a "sorry, lets see what we can do to fix it." Instead, tried selling me a part they had at the shop that was half broken for an even higher price! I asked for a refund and the Mexican lady at the counter stated "we didn't charge your card." I had to pull up my bank account to prove they had charged it the day before when they stated they do not charge anything until parts are in hand. They would only write a check for a refund. Steer clear of this place if at all possible. They are HUGE crooks and lack basic customer service skills. They are unapologetic, treat you like you are wasting their time, and have absolutely no customer service skills. In contrary, I called Cookeville Auto Salvage, they were EXTREMELY nice, and got the parts I needed first thing the next morning for $200 cheaper! So if you're looking to buy from Aenon, I suggest looking somewhere else. Absolutely ridiculous.
