    Yes don't trust what he has on record with other wrecking yards because I drove a long ways wasting my time and gas which he didn't have the part listed this could have been saved by answering your phones which they never answered I must add a few things here I was just looking at the reviews and seeing really good reviews but I'm thinking these were buddies friends colleagues I don't know but the difference between bad reviews and the good reviews are to extreme to ignore people.. I think this guy is just good at a little bit of business partially I will never do business with that man.. period..and I will talk to my friends about this .... Good luck dude who ever you where .. oh and Yes you Sir was rude with that comment about your the owner and you know what you have... Well then tell me this why would you have it in your system that other wrecking companies would see it tried to call you to verify you never answer your phone send someone to go check on it and find out that you don't have it obviously somebody didn't know something tell me that sir? Great management yeah...

    I would give this “business” 0 stars if I could. They sold my daughter a used tire on 08/20/24 and she had to bring it back the same day because it had a hole in it. They exchanged it for another one which blew out less than a week later. When she contacted them about selling her another obviously bad tire and asking for a replacement the guy said “it was fine when it left my shop there’s nothing I can do”. Was it “fine” like the first tire they ended up exchanging because they sold it to her with a hole in it? He also said “this is why you need a boyfriend or husband to help with these things” which is absolutely disgusting. Women shouldn’t need a man present to make sure they’re not being scammed by a shady business. Also can we talk about all of the lovely confederate flags in the reception area?? This place is terrible and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone unless you enjoy being ripped off. 0/10 hated it.

    I had to slow leak in one tire. I stopped off at a name brand tire repair shop and was told that my tires were too old, not worn, just too old to be worked on and that they wanted to replace all of my tires for a bit over $800. I immediately left there and came to Aenon Auto. The fellow looked at my tire, immediately saw a metal object in the tire, took it into the shop and did the repair. I wasn't there more than 45 minutes, was charged a very reasonable amount of money for the repair. I left there feeling very good. I thank them a lot for helping me out and saving me well over $780. I know that sounds ridiculous , and almost a fabrication , but that really did happen . I will be going there again for my repairs.

    I have never actually been here but I called about some parts for my car and the gentleman I spoke with said they would get back with me about my issue and never did. in my opinion customer service is very important and this place lacks in that area

    The guys at Aenon help us out all the time. We own 2 Guyz Garage in Crossville. I can say they go above and beyond to find us parts. Honest, upfront, and easy to deal with! Definitely do business there!

    They seem to adhere to good business practices however the customer care left a lot to be desired I was treated poorly by both people that were there. They took offense when I asked if I could buy a part separate from other pieces of the car. I don't often buy car parts so I don't know how it works I'm a consumer I rely on the business to inform me on how things work not to tell me I'm rude. I felt like I was being confronted. Before even telling me the price they insisted they would not compromise their policies and wanted full value for their work. I never even claimed I would pay any less and they hadnt even told me the price yet. I had been willing to pay the price they eventually told me, however I could not in good conscience because they told me I was rude and would not do business with me I guess because I didn't know what I was doing. They told me to just buy the part online because it was a lot of work to have to go to the car and take the part off and it was hot and I guess the guy was just getting off lunch. Rating two stars because they could not successfully get themselves a new customer, however there were clear signs of a healthy business. I am not their particular type of clientele. I wanted to buy the part for my car but I can't support a business that treats people that way, come on guys it's a salvage yard people come to you when they have a problem with their car they're already stressed you don't have to make that worse. They were not understanding at all and apparently thought that I couldn't afford or didn't want to pay and and they just really took offense to the kind of person that I was. I'm ain't a terrible person, come on.

    Same story as everyone else. Bought an engine at market value described as complete. Showed up missing the turbo, high pressure fuel pump and ignition coils. Service after the sale states "you buy long block." Invoice states "engine assembly"

    Horrible place to do business - I would give it 0 stars if I could. If you are an out of state buyer, I strongly recommend some place else. I called to purchase a door panel that they claimed was in good condition. I asked for pictures, which they sent, but only of the front side. When I asked for the back, they claimed that they had already wrapped the door panel for shipping, and that they were not going to unwrap the package just to take a picture of the back of the panel. They continued to give me that answer each time I asked for pictures of the back. They then claimed that they would not send me something that is broken or damaged. They ensured me that the door panel was fully in tact in the back, but after receiving the package, the back of the door panel was completely busted - rendering it completely useless. When I called Aenon to file a claim, the owner answered (Alex), and was of no help at all. Upon speaking with him he stated it was not his problem, and that he did not care the door was broken because I already sign a contract for shipping. I therefore filed a claim with UPS, and they were requiring more documentation. I called Aenon again, requesting pictures of the door panel before it was shipped (like I had done when I was first trying to purchase item). After speaking with them, they apparently (and so conveniently) got a new phone - so they no longer have those images. Therefore, I could not even file a claim with UPS. They said I could ship the part back to them (on my own expense and for an item that is completely broken) and they would only give me what I paid for the part - so I would be losing even more money. Aenon is a horrible business to buy parts from if you are relying on them to ship things to you. You sign a contract under false pretenses and they send you things that are completely busted hoping you will send it back so they can scam other people with the same broken product. I am in absolute disbelief with this company. Anyone and everyone should stay away.

    Rudest, most unprofessional, over priced people I've come across in a long time. First off they got to be pretty bad for me to write a negative review. When I called, the Woman had no clue how to do her job, so after sending me over to a rude man, he found the a used part for twice the cost of a new one. When I questioned the price he was ready quickly to fire back as though he gets questioned a lot about high prices. He told me I must not care about the safety of my children! I said "I care not only about the safety of my children but also about the cost of their Collage education! So when I can buy it new for half the price why would I buy yours? He just hung up on me." Need ZERO stars!

    Beware! Unless you are Hispanic DONT GO HERE! We paid up front for a part. It was supposed to be ready for us to pick up at the same time the next day. When we returned the next day the woman wanted to charge us AGAIN for the part and we still had to wait an hour for the part. The woman was rude and hateful. She was in no way friendly helpful or nice. We were treated terrible but I am VERY sure that if we had been Hispanic, we would not have gotten dirty looks or attitude.

    Great food! Not crazy high priced like some other food trucks in town. Always served with a smile & this cali burrito is so big that it could have fed two people! Nice hot sauce too!!

    Put in for a part months ago. Was told it'd be a week maybe two. Unfortunately the part didn't come for a while due to it being a 1988 chevy s10. Nice people though

    Went in there and purchased a used tire to hold me over till I could purchase a new one. On the way home I noticed bumping like I was on a gravel drive. The tire had ripples or bumps all on the inside I don’t know what you would call it. Took it back to see if they would switch it out and there response was only if you purchase a new one I will knock off what you paid for that one. I wouldn’t recommend this place to any one.

    So I paid them to replace my transmission and took the car in on monday. They told me it'd take four days to finish the job. I called up thursday and the guy in charge gets an attitude with me saying it not done yet annoyed. So I call back today around ten and he tells me to call back around four and it should be done. I call back at four he told me to wait half an hour they are welding the muffler back together. Then I get there at 445 and they are just now putting the tires back on and screwing in one last bolt. 30 minutes later they finally finish and I pay 176 for the fluids they used. Then they didnt even put my engine covers back on so ill go get them tomorrow. I recommend looking elsewhere and use this place as a last resort. their customer service and professionalism is a joke and they take way too long to get stuff done.

    Very very very poor business, were treated like a dim-witted idiot that knew nothing of car parts and less how to work on them. I have a full explanation of problem but have learned a great lesson- never do business with Aenon ever again!!! Scott's Salvage took care of my problem and we're great and knowledgeable to work with!!!

    I purchased a mass air flow sensor from Aenon and my vehicle still wouldn't run so I had to have it towed to a mechanic shop. It ended up being a bad mass air flow sensor that Aenon sold me. I took it back to get a refund and they don't give refunds. So I asked to exchange for a mass air flow sensor that works , at least I would have it in case I need it again. They wouldn't give me an exchange either because it was 4 days over 30 days. Even with my vehicle not running for the whole time. I will never go there to buy anything again and I don't recommend anyone to buy from Aenon.

    I got a transmission from them and changed it out after I installed it I found out it only shifts into 1 and 2 and neutral was revers so I told them and the sed because I took the shifter off to install the transmission I somehow broke it and they would not be able to replace it so I had to rent a car dolly take it to Cookeville transmission and they sed there was no way I could have done that without getting in a Wreck so I took it back to aenon auto. And after I argued with them for about 30 minutes they finally took responsibility and said they they would get me a transmission witch indeed up having 40,000 more miles the guy was rude, dumb, and dishonest I will not use them again.

    I will have to agree With the one comment About being Hispanic if you are not Hispanic you'll get treated rudely. And they don't honor the return policy that's on the back of the Receipt. Horrible rude people

    The Mexican is pretty rude and abnoxious, and he is the so called manager, and the are generally higher than anywhere else. It was much better before the changed ownership

    Very unprofessional, they answer ALL call over speakerphone so everyone hears your credit card information. I’ve got cursed out by them because they didn’t understand what I was saying. DO BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

    Before you purchase from them go to their website and click on forms, than click on warranty info and check out their return policies. If you need to return your order they are very unprofessional and unfair!

    I have used Aenon many times and if there is some thing wrong they have always made it right. I was an insurance appraiser for 28 years and used them and they never failed to correct any thing that was wrong to me and shops I was dealing with.

    Called for a part. They said they could get it but wouldn't pull it til we got there. We drove the 2 hours and they said they could order it. I told them nevermind. I can order it too. Wasted day.
