They will rip you off !! Do not waste your money here! They gave us a bad transmission and would not fix their mistake! Worst experience ever !! Do not recommend!! Go anywhere else but do not waste your time or money here! They were higher prices but took a chance with them! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I repeat. DO NOT GO HERE!!

These people were rude when we came by the shop at 11 (when our part was promised to be there) and when we went in @ 11:20 they said they didn’t have the part and was kinda crappy about stopping in to see if it was there. They were hours late with the part that was already paid for ahead of time. What happened to all the businesses in Cookeville???
