They sent me pictures of the parts before I drove to Airdrie from Edmonton so I knew they were the correct ones, then they let me test the parts before I bought them, so all in all very good experience! Staff were friendly and fun to talk to, and i thank them for having a hard to find part that I really needed for my car. Ash was great!

I ordered an engine from them it was very noisy and no good. They located me another engine charged me extra and wouldn't pay labor to do it a second time. I was told this engine would be delivered by Wed morning at the latest since Wed noon they've been ignoring my calls putting me on hold as soon as I call and not calling me back for 3 days still no engine just a truck sitting on my hoist waiting for it. Post reply the owner still hasn't taken time to call me yet has the time to respond to my Google review and I still got no compensation for a truck waiting for a good used engine like I was supposed to get the first time. Do not buy from these cowards

Inquired about a part I needed on a Saturday, it was an hour before they closed so they said they would have the part Monday, show up Monday informed that they are behind by 2 days. The part takes 5 mins to remove. They did not even courtesy call me. Poor business practise. They could have initially said there's no one to pull used parts and to go somewhere else instead 4 days later of being strung along. This is not a reliable business. I will not support this business as a result of my latest experience. You are better off making the drive into the city for any used parts. Very disappointed.****Reply...the point is communicating that your busy is perfectly fine, but giving customers the run around creating a bad situation and this is your professional response? If you offer a service provide said service. Word of mouth and experience is important. I will be filling a compliant with BBB about your business practices. do not advertise a service that you do not provide. Further more to this enlightened publIc response I will be exploring other avenues to further this complaint. B

I ordered a part, they asked for the money to be e-transferred ( $200), so I did. Two days later they informed me they couldn't supply the part and that a refund would be sent back to me. Over Two weeks later after 5 phone calls and being left on hold for 10-20 minutes each time, I finally received the refund. If I hadn't persisted I likely would not have been refunded. Terrible business practice.

They didn't have the part I needed but we're honest and gave me a great reference for a place to find what I needed

Super great guys here! Called every other auto company in Calgary, not extremely helpful for the part I was looking for. These guys said they had it even tho it wasn’t for they vehicle I was needing it for. Mo and Ash were well versed on all they do and super friendly!

Terrible service1st: i waited 3hrs for them to pull a simple part2nd: they pulled the wrong part which delayed me a day3rd: to swap the part they keep giving me the round around which is taking again multiple hours4th: they don't do returnsThis place is such a headache...avoid if you can

A new employee had a flub that cost us time on a Friday. This salesperson fixed the issue by personally driving to Calgary on a Saturday to give me the correct parts.I’ll order again without hesitation. Mistakes happen but what happens next is what is important. We all good here. Thanks Ash.
