Well I used to go here because the prices were cheaper than the other guy's in town, but the staff always seem to have a chip on their shoulder, some complete Jerks as we all know that is their problem. You would not always get the part you were wanting and a big waste of time, because of unknowledgeable staff they hire and the place is the filthiest store I have ever stepped foot in. Now that they are no cheaper than the other guy's, time to return to them!

I had no idea about Alder Auto after living in Aldergrove for years. So used to the other guys staffed by statues with a pulse!!!!!Jeff at Alder Auto saved my bacon and I am sold.Lovely to deal with human beings that actually engage when you ask a stupid question.I drive a car and put gas in and kick the tires once in a while. My Poppa has been dealing with these guys 25+ yrs and they are awesome ...if your polite and show some common manners they might even throw in a little free advice if you ask nice😊always open well you know morning till they close ....lol enjoy the great prices and knowledgable staff doesn't get much better then that .Thanx Terry for taken care of the ol' goat Rev...... 🙏Becky

I just recently discovered Alder Auto, I've always known about it, but old habits are hard to break. I gotta tell you I'm sold, I love the customer service, I love that I can ask questions. I dealt with Lisa and a couple of the other people and I was treated very well. Keep up the great work.Tony

Best auto parts retailer. The guys and gal here know their stuff. Customer service is quick and good. If you think your waiting too long , just be patient not like other shops where when you walk in the door you find parts people doing nothing. Prices are fair.
