I've NEVER had any place of business speak to me the way I was spoken to when I called to ask about a part for my vehicle! Which is.. kinda why they exist?? The man told me he had the part I needed. I got excited, asked him if they had it right now. Meaning today at some point. Not right that second. He got very rude with me. He told me.. ya know what. No. Because there was only 3 of them, and 145,000 people need parts for their cars. And that I could go ahead and call around to some other places cuz they were too busy. Unprofessional, rude, and uncalled for. SUPER upset. Thanks for nothing. 👌

We brought a 2003 4x4 Silverado truck about a year ago and my friend bought a Subaru. We have no complaints. Both are still running great.It's a busy crowded junky place but the deals are the best in town. .We would go there anytime we need a good used vehicle. The Owner and help are great to deal with and truthful as can be.

Poor poor service not even Worth the one star I had to give to write this post. Paid my moms vehicle off and he says We owe more money. After we asked him how much we owed and he told us that amount and we paid it he’s trying to say we still owe him money Poor service will never recommend this place to anyone. We got the car and it was messed up and he had to take it back for like two months to try to fix it and it never got fixed. If you’re looking for a car I suggest never go here!!!!

Messed up my good starter on my diesel truck and does not own up to it. He obviously does not know about Turning on a diesel truck.

I would give no stars if I could. I went there at 9. The owners was late on a Saturday. I ask for a part for my car. Had to wait on the owner for 15 minutes or so. His guy went to look for my part. In the back. Out on the side. Out front. In the building on a shelf. Another guy started to help him look and immediately found it in the building on a table between the car bays. It worked for my car and we negotiated the price. He wanted cash, so I went and got $75 cash. While I went to get cash, I ask his guy to find a small accessory part, a console tray. I came back paid $75 and offered $5. He wanted $50. (For a plastic coin tray...lol) He said he don't sale $5 parts. I said okay, how much? He said I don't send my guys out to look for and sale $5 parts. I said, I just spent $75. He would not sell me the part. He was not a nice person. They are very unorganized. After they looked all over the lot, the part was found inside the building, if the were organized they would not have had to run all over the lot. He is Very Rude. Don't buy from him!!!

I had a terrible experience with another junkyard. I was told I could come pick up an alternator an I get there an the man doesn’t even have the part he has to order it. So I drove from crossville to cookeville for nothing. Then found out about this place!! This man named Further helped me sooo much he did whatever he had to to find me the part I needed for my car an on top of it he even charged me way less than the other junkyard was trying to charge me. I would very much highly recommend “ALL THINGS AUTOMOTIVE”!!!!! They are amazing people who try to help any way they are able to!! Thank you for your service !!:)

Stay far away from this crook!.1st off I walked in your place asked if you could give me some information about a truck on your lot your words were it's a truck and it's for sale(in a very sarcastic way)maybe you were trying to impress the lady that you had sitting on your lap I'm not sure. I asked to take it around the block you did not let me instead u said you'd take it because you hadn't drove it yet! How could u sell a used truck that you say runs perfect if u never driven it? How do you expect to sell it to me but wouldn't let me drive it? Why wasn't I able to drive it? However I forgive you and wish you and your business the best. #Blessings
