1) I am not a mechanic, just a vehicle owner.2) I needed something more financially suitable than brand new for my 5 year old vehicle, fumbled around for the right words and they were patient, knowledgable and fast to pull the part.3) They were the only place that had what I needed within Canada (in fact they had two of that part).4) They were easy to work with, reasonably priced and their warranty support is completely frictionless.There's really nothing more anyone can ask for! I've dealt with 4 people there so far to varying degrees and they all seem to carry the customer service torch very well. Thank you! I am a customer for life.

Great place! Parts lady Helen was very helpful and friendly. I was allowed into the yard to check the list of trucks I was given to look for my part. Yard was clean and well organized. Zach was sent out to remove my parts, he was super nice and did a great job. Very impressed the parts were discounted due to some damages. Highly recommend!

I've called this place several time for parts, if you want older parts its gonna be a no go, 1996 mazda b3000 engine and they simply said no. I get it, its older, 1 star review based on no older parts available. I've done my research and there are engines available for my truck, in newer model vehicles. I think they might just lack knowledge or giving a care based on how fast they threw me to the curb. Yet I recieved a call from the owner here to figure out what they can do to rectify the problems with multiple calls ive placed. So I change my review from 1 to 3based on the owner calling me back to figure some technicalitys out. Thanks boss your a good man
