Yes overnight parking. I parked overnight in the middle of cars parking lot by mistake and no one ever complained in the morning . Very unloading.

I have always appreciated the great service provided at the American Waste facility. I can only hope that the new parent company GFL doesn't cause raised prices and or reduced quality of service.

Months after moving I am receiving bills for my account which I closed on the final pick up day. I spoke to them on July 9th after being on hold for 40 minutes and a supervisor Leia EVENTUALLY zeroed out my account and told me it was an error from switching computer programs, but I received another bill on august 18. The person I spoke to claims this is a mistake and it must have been sent out before the account was closed and zeroed, but it doesn't take over a month for mail to make it from Kalkaska to where I now live. If/when I receive another bill I will be suing them for harassment. So if you want to spend hours on the phone after leaving the company these are the people for you!

Great place to get rid of your waste. Prices are reasonable and friendly folks willing to help

Drop off was quick and easy enough but prices seem to fluctuate depending on the attendant's attitude. I was charged for 2.5 yards. Went home, did the math myself and what I dropped off came out to about 1.8 yards. Paid more today to drop off less material than I did a few weeks ago, after the office attendant argued with me that he wasn't going any lower. If the passive aggressive Covidiot in the drop-off office is not comfortable working with the public maybe he should be doing a different job.

Had a bulk pickup taken care of. I let them know of 4 items that needed picking up. After letting a family member claim an item and a coworker took another, I called to let them know I was only getting 2 items picked up. I had already paid for 4 when I put the order in so I was asking about a refund. They were very kind and fast. I got my refund for the 2 items.Called 3 other places prior to them and all were more expensive and slower responses. The women on the phone at American Waste kept apologizing for having me wait on the phone which was no big deal for me.Thank you for your service. Quick, professional, affordable and kind.

Great service! Twice my garbage tote has broken. The first time I called and it was replaced within a week. The second time the driver noticed the tote was in need of repair and called it in himself. American Waste called and let me know it was being fixed. Representatives have always been very courteous on the telephone and I always get emails regarding changes in service due to holidays. I really couldn’t ask more from a waste disposal company.

Very Helpful!! Missed my truck by about 20 minutes, we had put our waste out, called, and was graciously helped by Dylan, in the TC, Mich. office. They came back around and picked up within 30 mins.Thank you American Waste!!!We will stick with you!
