I love online reservations and their system works perfectly, with texts and reminders. First visit and my Service Advisor Dave was so efficient and courteous, and did not rush explanations.They shuttled me to shopping and I also used their very comfortable and well stocked customer lounge. We are traveling and I wish my home Ford dealership was this good. Will definitely patronize again! Thanks!

Once I got past the phone issues, everyone was great, got me scheduled for some minor recall work and the basic oils services. Letter stated it might take 4 or more hours. I opted to shuttle home…. When Jason called to let me know it was ready, I was waiting for him to say they might have found something else, but nope he said everything is done and ready to go. He got the shuttle back down to pick me up… and was in and out in less than 10 minutes with my truck. They did a great job, and everyone was polite and very helpful… lot better than my service times in Vegas. Thanks Anderson Service team.

Jason was extremely helpful. As a woman we are often sold things we don’t need, but Jason is trustworthy. He made suggestions to ensure my vehicle will operate properly in the heat, which was greatly appreciated. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Although I made an appointment in advance, I waited three hours to have the oil changed and the tires rotated. Otherwise, I would have given them five stars.

My salesperson was very accommodating. From start of ordering my Maverick to finally getting it 6 months later. There was never any high pressure, strong arm tactics to get me to go for more costly options. The finance mgr got me a great interest rate on a 4 year loan with Ford. The lady that processes the paperwork was equally helpful. Really the best experience I've buying a vehicle from a dealer!

My appointment didn't go through on the internet, so when I arrived I was greeted cordially and told that it would not be a problem. The Service Dept took all my information and I went to the waiting area. My car was serviced quickly and after short wait, my service was completed. I was escorted to the cashiers counter and paid my bill. I will be returning for all my Edges needs. Everyone was courteous and professional. In all, a very positive experience.

I just moved here recently and was worried about maintenance on my Ford Mustang. After the great treatment that I received from everyone at Anderson Ford in Bullhead all my fears have been eliminated. The service area is the best that I have ever been too and as a retired Ford employee I have been to many and this is the best. From the great treatment from the Service Manager who greeted me to the sales staff to the cashier everyone treated me as if I was a client there forever which I will be for sure now and will recommend Anderson Ford to everyone I talk to from purchasing a car to taken them for service.

My visit was exceptional! My wife’s Escape wouldn’t start. Bad battery! A quick look under the hood ended any illusions I had of a simple battery replacement. Dave at Anderson got me right in and taken care of. He also reminded me about an unperformed recall safety repair needed in the car and got the parts ordered. We ordered our 2022 F450 Crew Cab Dually 4x4 over the phone with Joey Riordan. He sent us a link that we could follow our build, which was really exciting to follow. Joey was always in contact with us for the 3 months until it was built and shipped to Anderson Ford. He answered all our questions and if he didn't know the answer would get back to us ASAP with an answer. Heather, in finance was also very nice and helpful with any questions we had. Highly recommend Joey at Anderson Ford.

Car service. It's OK. You can get in and out reasonably easily and there is a customer waiting room. They check you in on time. Its easy to get an appointment. They don't have Quick Lane Service at this dealer. Communication could be better. I have a fairly new car bought in Phoenix, and I'm here for service, because I'm living here now. Dealers are an interesting experience, their model and delivery. This one is average what you expect. Update, going to drive to the valley for improved service vs mediocre. My experience last visit was 1star. Im there for routine service on a fairly new car, but it seems too difficult here.

Staff is so great. They went beyond their means to help my son get another car. We are so happy and will be doing service with Anderson Ford again. So appreciative of all the help that was offered.
