These guys are rip off artist taking advantage of of potential buyers by adding Markups of 16000 why don't they show that price on there website they are so misleading I will never buy a car from this company even if they do away with the market adjustments shows how crooked they are. Everyone stay away only if I was able to give zero stars I would.

I just went on their lot to test drive a Ford Expedition and they/she wouldn't let me with out running a credit check for approval, she told me they needed a commitment to test drive, i forgot her name but I already know I have excellent credit and could pay for anything on the lot. I AM NOT GIVING U INFORMATION TO BE HARRASED TO SEE IF I LIKE A SPECIFIC VEHICLE, I had not decided between the suburban and Expedition yet. YOU JUST LOST A SALE AND FOR SURE A FORVER CUSTOMER. FORCING PEOPLE TO DING THEIR CREDIT JUST TO SEE IF THEY ARE INTERESTED IN A CAR IS SHAMEFUL. SHAME ON YOU. I Went to Show Low Ford and they won my purchase with great customer service and a fantastic warrenty. They had an Expedition and Suburban and let me drive both before taking sitting me down at a desk to purchase.

My car salesman Connor gave me an awesome experience. He was friendly, outgoing, and actually listened to what I was describing in a vehicle, not just pitching his next sale. He wanted me to love my new vehicle like any new car owner should, and I gotta say, I love my new jeep.

The service department is terrible!! Took my new 2021 Jeep Cherokee in for oil change. No real issue there, but a day or two after my lane departure assist and brake assist stopped working due to limited front camera view. Again this is a brand new Jeep so that felt kinda fishy! When I called to make appointment on a Monday, they were closed. So I called Tuesday and they could not get me in for over a week! Once my appointment came up I had my vehicle there 30 minutes early and they told me they needed it for three hours. That’s fine they did give me a ride home. After three and a half hours I called about my vehicle and after the lady on the other end asked me to hold while she checked on it. I heard the mechanic in the back ground yelling very rudely “WHAT” when she tried to get his attention . Then he said he had not even gotten to it yet!! I am writing this in live time and have no idea as to when they will get to my vehicle now!! Super glad I had an appointment!!!!Update 10/21/21: They did finally get to to it. Said it was a module. Said they would contact us when they got it. Have not heard anything in approx three and a half weeks!! Have called and left voicemails and nothing!! I am thinking about trading the Jeep in and getting something different just so I do not have to deal with this dealerships service!!! Also I saw where they have replied and said they were not happy that I had such a bad experience and to contact them!!! Does not help to contact if you don’t answer your phones or respond to voicemails!! Joke!!!

I inquired about a Bronco for sale advertised. After I was told it wasn't available, we started to receive unsolicited text messages from Addison. I asked to be removed 3 separate times. They wouldn't' acknowledge that they will remove me. They just follow up with more questions. Then send another text a few days later soliciting again. Hopefully it will stop now.

Avoid these scammers at All Cost!!! Buy somewhere else! Buy online! If you set foot on their lot, be prepared for every shell game in the book! The finance manager was vaping pot in his office. It smelled and he told me he liked working back there so he can get high whenever he wants. Then He showed me his pot vape pen he said he was hitting on before coming to get me to sign the contract. After repeatedly telling him I was declining the huge list of “extras” I didn’t want. He put them in the contract anyway! We argued endlessly yet he refused to remove GAP insurance but after keeping me there for hours, it was raining hard and I had no ride home. Now needing work done, another dealership finds damage to the undercarriage obviously from unloading it from the carrier truck. After all this frustration and finally getting away from the stoner contract writer, I almost crashed the vehicle as they didn’t remove the floor mat warning tags and covered it with paper so I could t see it. causing the floor mat to slip up under the brake pedal which required both feet to stop the car. The most miserable experience of my life! Never again!

The Service Department provided me with amazing last minute service on my Jeep when I was travelling through town. On Saturday afternoon at 1 pm, I found out that critters had chewed through some wires, though my car was still drivable. I was worried I might be stuck until Monday.I called the dealership, told them my problem- they got me to the Service Manager, and Kenny helped me out immediately. I sent him a picture of the damage, and he thought he could help address it quickly. Thankfully, it was the only damage by the #@*! rodents. By 4:30, the car was ready and I was on my way.Great communication, customer service and support, and special care since I was travelling. Thank you!!!
