    This company tries to put a lien on your car without even sending you an Invoice or contacting you by phone or by any means. We gave our contact info and also insurance company's information but they did not even contact us and they did not contact our insurance company. Without sending any invoice or payment request, they sent a letter to DMV to put a line on our car. Very unprofessional.

    The lady at the front will look up online for prices for the part you pulled, like ebay or google, and will not lower it even though the part online is new like c'mon.
