Decent communication in the beginning Up front about diagnosis and did not charge me diagnostic fees when I chose to hold off on the recommended repairs.I will however disclose that I was lied to about work done. I asked them to clean my throttle body before putting in factory sensors. He said he did amd.car still stalls. I had it towed home only to discover it was NOT cleaned. It would have been alright with me if he told me straight up that they will not do that because they believed the issue was something else. I specifically asked if it was fuel gunk related and possibly a catalytic converter that was damaged. I was told "good guess but no". I was then told several times to replace my new sensors from orileys with factory sensors to the tune of about 800.00.Luckily I stopped them in time.The car needed the throttle body cleaned and a catalytuc converter replaced. I got the proper work done for less than 800 with OEM parts included. I was told by autodocs that I would also need a fuel pump and that was upwards of 1200.00 followed by the powertrain control module.Do your research. I feel this shop is all about the high dollar fixes with little to no regard to the customers wallet.

John and techs at Auto Doc saved the day for the entire family, including 2 dogs. We were all loaded in our Honda Pilot, ready for the 6 hour drive home to CA and alternator completely failed. I called John at about 2:30 and told him what was happening. He called around and had an alternator delivered to his shop and our Pilot was towed to Auto Doc. John and his techs stayed late in order to finish the install and get us back on the road that same day, which the family was very happy about!I have used the shop multiple times for routine oil changes, AC service and air suspension replacement on our tow vehicle. Very honest and fair pricing. John takes the time to explain what needs to happen and available options. I highly recommend Auto Doc and appreciate how John was able to get us back on the road in such a short amount of time and didn't make us wait until the next day to start the job. On our road trip our car started making a weird noise. We pulled in and asked about it and they took the car right back to check it out. They were clearly busy but squeezed us in anyway. Told us they couldn’t find any issues and sent us on our way. He (I think his name was Shane?) asked a lot of questions and even showed us under the car. I am so appreciative of their time and honesty!!

My Volvo is just out of warranty, I didn't want to drive to Las Vegas for service, Auto Doc was recommended to me by several people. John was fast, he explained everything to me and the charges were a lot less than I expected. I like that i can check out the service done on line and make appointments.Thank you, I will be back

If you had a flat tire and went here. He would recommend a rim, brakes, bearings, and an axle. All to let you know you had a flat tire. And, yes, it costs 150 bux for that information if you don't want to fix his suggested remedy, then, get out.

After two trips to dodge and 2100.00 later. My truck was not performing to the point it would not run. On a recommendation I took my truck to the Auto Doc and the next day I had my truck back and running perfectly. John figured out the problem that the dealership could not.
