They treated me great when I was a normal customer but soon as I started working under a commercial account they've been difficult to deal with. From refusing to return parts that didn't fit, demanding the owner verbally give him authorization to let me do my job, and being generally unpleasant. They did tell me they were willing to exchange it for the right product and that would've been fine except they didn't have the correct product!! So I'm stuck with a part thats literally worthless. They also charge a 25% restocking fee even when the part doesnt fit your application which is pretty lame but it's understandable. It's sad but i'd rather go to LKQ. Hard pass from now on.
