BK was amazing. My battery died and needed replacement, and I arrived less than an hour before closing. He tested my battery and then replaced it while it was snowing. I would highly recommend.

Store manager Daniel was not helpful at all with my search for electronic connector. Super short with any dialog and did not offer to help locate what I was on the search for. Not the first time with this store and lack of knowledge and help. Go somewhere else

I was in town for the NSRA show at the fairgrounds and needed a 1157 tail light bulb. Purchased it from a vary nice gentleman whos shirt said he was the district manager. The two pack of bulbs cost me $12+. Now at home i can buy a box of 10 for around $6.00. Guess they saw me coming. If your not buying something on sale LOOK OUT!!! Will not be shopping at Auto Zone again.

The store is filthy. The shelves are poorly stocked. There are numerous red carts with product filling the aisles instead of the shelves. The manager had a lousy, could not care less attitude. The only reason for 2 stars was the 1 day employees. She was trying .
