The recycle guy put the can in backwards and calls to the office did no good. They said they would send someone out to turn it around, no showed. When the truck came I yelled to the guy and he totally ignored me and just picked the stuff in the can out without taking the can out. Rude and unprofessional and I’m disabled so I can’t do it myself or get to the front of the can to put my recycle in. I have to depend on whomever stops by.

Trucks come by and unpredictable times, sometimes not even on the day they are supposed to. Worst of all, I have witnessed them putting my trash and recycle in the same truck. What? I go to all that trouble of washing my recycle and making sure it doesn't go in the trash, and they come along and just put it all together. Not right. I even check with the state waste management office. It's not right.

They are quite possibly the ONLY trash hauler who is truly locally owned and operated! Their rates are reasonable and they pick up my trash and recycle on time every week. They also provide compost containers and the office staff is kind and helpful. I highly recommend Gauthier Trucking Company 👍

They were unable to successfully pick up both the garbage and recycling in the 2 months we had service with them. Most of the time it was the recycling would be left. Every time we had to call and we would be questioned if the recycling was out early enough ( I dare say putting it out the night before should be suffice.). There would be an apology and they would eventually pick up the recycling and the same thing would occur on the next pickup.Find another company and avoid the headache.

Got a roll-off dumpster for a remodel. Despite having my credit card to pay, got an invoice a month later with no breakdown, just a line item saying "Dumping fees". Called and spoke to rep who said someone would email me more details the next day. That never happened. I called back & got answering service. Still no call back. Finally got rep who got defensive when bringing up the lack of follow-up. Apparently, it's all about them instead of the customer. Will not be doing business with Gauthier's again.

We have had exceptional service since switching in July of 2016. They have been flexible when we have gotten out biweekly schedule mixed up as well as have taken away larger items for a really great rate! We are beyond happy with our service!
