Store manager decided it was appropriate to roll down his window to scream at me get out come up to my window and be extremely confrontational from his silver 2000’s corvette cause I’m in his way as he’s about he’s 3 inches from my bummer clearly being impatient, when there’s a whole parking lot to park in and I’m clearly trying to turn around. So tired of management setting bad examples of customer service in the work place, will be getting the email address of the franchisee letting him know about this situation.

Store is in a good location and is clean with a large selection of everyday supplies. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good place to start when looking for parts and supplies and there's no waiting on that imaginary associate for keys to get to it! Time saver!

Today I received excellent customer service at the Red Buff Ca store. Extremely helpful staff, I. Bought just a couple of blinker bulbs, Mr. Rodrigues actually replaced the bulbs for me in minutes! Everyone was so nice and very friendly! Thank you!

I went in yesterday to turn in my old alternator for the surcharge, and decided to change the battery in my Mom's key fob. the clerks did so and now the key fob doesn't work at all... which unfortunately is the only way to get into the car. Have to use the key fob to unlock it because somebody tried to break in, but stoled the handle on the driver side. This is where the key would normally enter and open the door for you. Really not happy!

Recently I stopped into the autozone in Redding, my alternator had gone bad, the salesman told me to go to Jiffylube and that they would install it for me, I asked him if I could buy the alternator and have them install it, he said no.I went there and they did install a new alternator, at a cost of $352.00. I later found out that the alternator was only $162.00. Jiffylube made $90.00 on the part and $100.00 to install it. I feel like the employee at autozone mislead me which cost Me an extra $90.00. Times are hard enough without being prayed upon by greedy people. I'm not complaining about the install fee, but rather the misinformation I was given by the autozone employee, and the greed of Jiffylube to almost double the cost of the part.

Manager refused to honor a 3ry warranty that was less than 1yr old. They even found the error on their computer and the date code on the item proved it was less than 1yr old. He didn’t care and preferred to force me into a purchase to replace their failed part. Very disappointing and will not be going back....

The staff were great, they fixed my problem after researching what wiper blades I needed and then even installed them for me. They exchanged the blades I had purchased at a different auto zone with no hesitation. I will continue to use the red bluff autozone for all my auto needs. Thank you staff.
