This company has NO integrity at all. I scheduled my pickup 48hrs in advance with a two hour window. Here it is 2 hours AFTER my scheduled pickup window and they still aren’t here due to “CHP calls”. I’m sorry but if you don’t have the supply to meet the demand, then you don’t accept the job! You’re not the only tow company around to take CHP calls but you want to keep all the tows you can and just leave the rest of your customers waiting?! That’s not how you do good business. If you don’t have enough trucks to take the CHP calls and still fulfill your prior commitments then you either don’t accept the CHP calls or don’t accept the scheduled pickup, it’s pretty simple. NO INTEGRITY.

Horrible. Id give no stars if I could. Rude, unwilling to work with you, sharks charge the most they can. Kept my personal belongings and tried to charge me an outrageous fee to collect it. Wouldn't stay open 5 extra minutes to allow me to get my things. Straight up a**holes. Just horrible customer service, and downright horrible people .

I live out of state and purchased a car in Red Bluff. I had to move the car to another location for shipping. I called Hill Enterprises and they made arrangements with the seller to relocate the car. Everything went as planned. I am grateful to the people at Hills for helping me out. I highly recommend them.

they stole my boyfriend's truck and my car and refused to return them. they stole them from our driveway illegally without authorization. the worst company ever.

Bad experience, the female person made me feel very uncomfortable, she didn't believe I was the owner of my vehicle after I provided proof, as well as ID, she did the same with my insurance company. She tretened to raise the storage fees as well.

The desk clerk is friendly but let me tell you what my truck is still in the tow yard after being illegally towed from private property where I live and park it every night. This was at the direction of the sheriff's department. I have many experiences with Hill Enterprise and this time tops the cake. Many tow codes were violated and I still haven't received any paperwork regarding the tow and it has been almost a month. This tow yard has already filed a lean against the vehicle even though they are clearly in violation of many towing regulations. Knowing the law I'm waiting to see how far they go with this behavior. I know that I am earning money as days pass but I have jobs that are being lost due to my work rig being hijacked by sheriff and towing staff. Very unprofessional conduct.

I had rented a car that broke down on me in the middle of nowhere 250 miles away from my home. After calling customer service, I crossed paths with Saul Garcia from Hill enterprise towing. He was immediately concerned with my well being right off that bat because I was shaken up with anxiety. After inspecting the vehicle and getting it prepared for the tow he asked me where I lived. I told him 250 miles away which was over 3 hours drive. He was so sweet and immediately opened his passenger door for me. I was so shocked that he was willing to take me that far. The entire time he was so professional,kind and just genuine. There needs to be more people like him in this world. It really makes a difference.

My pickup stranded me on the freeway and Hills Enterprises Towing responded. The gentleman arrived before the estimated ETA. He was polite and friendly. We left him to load my pickup and headed home in my friend's vehicle. The gentleman loaded my pickup and arrived at my house less than 10 minutes after we arrived. I couldn't have asked for better service.

I had a flat tire. I called and received great respect and care. Then a different man showed up and treated me and my van with outstanding respect and care. As a woman, traveling with my sister on our way to visit our disabled brother, this was just what i needed to feel safe. I felt like our guy went above and beyond answering all our questions making us feel safe to travel and what we need to do tomorrow. I will never forget this place.

Tow truck service and driver was courteous and expeditiously responded to my vehicle's unexpected breakdown. Strangely, no other towing roadside service in 96080 was available at ~10:00 in the morning.
