Steven the manager was helpful. My daughter had some new very loud noise that was unknown & very unpleasant to deal with while driving her car. She explained what was going on to Steven? He listened patiently. He asked a few questions & determined the issue was one of her calipers had gone bad. He looked the part up & gave us the cost & was ready to order them right away but we didn't know which side of the car the issue was on so we will need to go order as soon as we can look into it.Also, we arrived close closing time. What noticeably stood out to me while we looked around was that weren't being given an unwelcome vibe or starred down rudely like you usually get at any other store when closing time is approaching. Not once did we feel rushed. It was much appreciated. We left about 10 minutes before they were due to close.Never had bad service at the Yucca Valley Auto Zone. Steven was very knowledgeable in identifying the car issue & explaining in detail what that part is responsible for & why we need it. The staff there is always friendly

Clean store. Associates very helpful. Not all parts were on site. I get it though.. businesses are still struggling with supply and demand. But parts arrived the next day. Great automotive shopping experience. Thx Autozone.

I never have any problem when visiting auto zone there staff are excellent at answering all my vehicle needs and questions .Stephen Stewart is a top dog, he is very helpful and Nevers makes a mistake when it comes to parts he is a #1 in my book for management sales and service

Sent my wife in for a very specific item. (Clear power steering fluid for our jeep). Guy at the counter just says I don't know and gives her red ATF. Now I have to delay our 1500 mile drive home to get clear fluid so I don't void the warranty getting the car home. Parts counter idiots just need to pick up the phone and ask if they don't know but instead they tell you whatever you want to hear to get you out the door.

People who work there are knowledgeable and helpful. Parts on the other hand? Bought a camshaft sensor (duralast) that turned out to be defective. I got a refund just nothing for my wasted time. It happens.

Was able to find a product that I had been looking for my experience at this business was all right staff wasn't all that welcoming and if I could had purchased this item someplace else I would have most likely got it there.

We were passing through and the engine oil light went off. This location was the closest to us. Dennis was a lifesaver. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly showing us the suitable engine oil. Thank you!!
