I was forced to use this monopoly for trash services for my shared Airbnb by San Bernardino County! I have had this service for 8 months - during that time they have missed picking up my bins 4 times (1 month) out of those 8 months yet they charge me for the whole 8 months. I have called to ask them to pick up the bins they always say they will send a driver out but they never do until the next pick up date! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and I was doing a better job of running trash to the dump before I was forced to use this garbage of a company!Service: House & garage cleanouts

They are a rip off . Paid for service for dumpster and pick up $138. They only picked up 2 times 2 2 weeks . Then took dumpster and didn't call or say why the took dumpster we had to call they said they couldn't leave the dumpster it was unsafe what the hell is that. When you pay for service . Seem that they don't want to work the service just rip you off for money. Then doesn't want to discuss about giving the money back. They hang up on you. Very bad service company will talk with lawyer and take to court. Called 3 times they hang up. Bad service bad customer service don't use this company they are a rip off

Rented a porta potty and still waiting two weeks later for them to come clean it. Yet, they still ding our card. Do yourself a favor and skip this company.

Charges you for 7 days, but be aware you'll only get 5 days of use out of it if you are working on a job site. They'll drop off the dumpster as late as possible on the day you are expecting it to arrive. So if you have workers on a job site working from 9am - 5pm the dumpster will get there at 6pm. They'll also pick it at 6am the day its due back. Don't expect customer service to care.

This is not a professional service. One star not deserved.I called this afternoon because my trash was not picked up.The (rude) customer service told me that the guy was there at 6:45 am and that the trash was not outside.I am a new customer and was not told a pick up time. I took it at at 7 am which was my old address pick up time. Also, I mentioned that the previous week I had to bag my trash (that was inside my 32 gallon container) because I was not notified that it had to be bagged...I asked for a next day pick up and was told NO, and no effort were made at been nice. At that point I asked to cancel my service. Customer service told me that I would have to pay fortoday pick up. I said that I would be happy to pay if the company could provide a proof (e-mail, new service form...) that I was notified of a 6:45 am pick up.Well, case resolved after having to speak with a supervisor.I cancelled my service after two weeks. Save yourself the headache and find another company. You have been warned :)

This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. Missed pick ups at least twice a month. Then I have to call and complain at least 5 times before they send someone out about 4 days later. My trash overflows so the animals get into it or the wind blows it all over the desert. I’m so disgusted with the city council members who decided to FORCE us to use them. I HATE Burtec.Service: Junk removal

Have been customers of Burrtec for 10 years, never had any problems. Reliable and on time. Free large item pickup once a month if you call ahead. Replaced broken bins a couple of times with no issues.

Where to go to recycle your old electronics and appliances, big and small. IF IT PLUGS IN... drop it off at the E-Box and you're OUT!! Easy and free.

I moved here from San Diego the end of July, where the trash guys would dump garbage all over the alley, break the lids (and you had to pay for it), the homeless would steal the wheels for their own carts and you would have to pay for it.These guys are amazing and do such a great job, as windy as it is out here (I am just getting used to that:), they get out of their trucks and pick up your trash can, amazing!!They also service my daughter home on 2 1/2 acres, it is a little ways to the street from her house. They actually take her cans back up to her gate for her. I love Burrtec, they are awesome!!! Susan O'Neil
