I wish i could give them ZERO stars. DON'T GO THERE!Called them to ask for a car seat. said they had some, quoted me much higher price than any other place. i went to buy one, 1 hour before closing time and they just blew me off coz they didn't feel like working at the end of the day.the place looks like trash. a true dump. DON'T GO THERE!do yourself a favour and go to Kenny-u-pull instead. Quality place with decent humans that treat you like a respectable person. ended up getting exactly what i wanted for half the price.

I bought 2 shock absorbers 2 hours ago, the left shock absorber spring was broken, but I installed it, so you need to be more reliable, you need to trust the customer before the money

The staff is very rude, they don’t even know how to respect a customer. If we ask something then don’t care, they answer what they want to.

People there are just running a business for their profit only, not for a service I would say. I bought couple shock absorbers from there and one of them was damaged which was visible too. When noticed it after buying, I went back to them to change it, but they somehow managed me by saying that was not a problem as I buying 2nd hand parts. After installing, I found that shock absorber was not working at all. This time I decided not to go to them as it was costly and time consuming to reinstall parts again and again 😑😑

After fruitless, countless phone calls and useless visits to find a used part for my car, I finally found this place. Yes, they are brusque and to the point, and their service could be better, but keep in mind that it's a scrap yard/used parts store with a large selection of parts, and they don't have time to pussyfoot around.Their prices are really good, just make sure you get a quote when you call them in advance, if not they will try for a higher price.I'm very satisfied and will recommend this place to my friends.

This place is absolute garbage!!!!! Stay away at all costs. Went to change back brakes, called at 10 in the morning told me to come at 11. Arrived there, they made me wait 3 hours to change rear brakes only. I finally asked for my keys and car and left as they still had not received my peices. Waste of time auto parts place with no peices lmao. Theyre all clowns . The one who takes care of the garage appointments and orderingis extremely rude. Service is garbage. DO NOT GO THERE!

Busy place but despite the high volume this place has, i had a superb customer service for my car repair and its been years i know this place and they went through renos and updates to their system its even better now! Keep up the good work guys!
