    Bought transmission assembly from them. One of the reason I picked B & R is because they offer 90 day warranty. Transmission turned out to be defective and now I’m trying to file a claim for 7 straight days. There’s no form on their website so you can only do it over the phone, but department responsible for it is not picking up the phone. They send you to the voicemail and never call back. All my emails are completely ignored as well. Looks like they’re trying to make your return process so difficult in hopes you’ll just forget about it.

    I want to personally thank April Miller who dealt with my order over the phone in sales. I gave her plenty of opportunities to be frustrated with me and she handled it very well.     I drove down for 4 hours to pick up a 'Grade A' engine I bought from B&R But when I got there, the engine had a hole in it with the internals clearly damaged. Even their own inspector had marked up the damaged areas and the receipt had notes of said damage. The engine had part of its intake removed, part of its cylinder head removed and had been left exposed like that. How long it had sat like that? Who knows! So much for a 'Grade A' rating! To say that I was not amused, is an understatement. I asked them to make it right, the front desk staff was very helpful and courteous. But the sales person, located somewhere else, tried to imply that the engine was only damaged during shipping and offered a minor discount on it. If that is the case, perhaps inform the person driving over about it. Especially since I had called several times before heading over. And that would still not account for the rest of the engine's condition I refused their discount, asked for my money back and drove back home. Another 4 hours. 100% would not recommend A red flag should have been when I saw that the employees only had an outdoor porta potty to use as a bathroom! Imagine being at work and not having proper facilities! And if the employees are treated as such...

    I can not recommend this company. The customer service is abysmal, it takes forever to for them to answer the phone, which I understand they can busy with a customer in front of them, but when they do, their attitude is flippant and passive aggressive like doing their job was interrupting their drinking hour. Then they just transfer you and then the call drops. They do not respond to emails as stated on their site. When I placed an a order online for a specific part, make,model, year, etc and it was confirmed to exactly what I wanted, I was then given a separate confirmation for an alternate from an older year vehicle. So with their bad attitude, garbage customer service, lack of communication, bait and switch sales, and on top of that they are now closed on the weekend I would look elsewhere. I can buy my parts off of Ebay with significantly less headache.

    Anthony sold me a transmission ,after installed by a professional shop ,they noticed metal flakes ,called b&r and told them about the issue . They refunded my money . I was able to get another transmission . Good guys

    Solid operation. I've used them for many years, and they've gotten me out of tons of scrapes. Couldn't recommend more. And I've used them dozens of times as a professional. Maybe hundreds. Even times when mistakes have happened (because they are humans) they really stepped up, and fixed it.

    I just called them and told him what I needed. If they didn't have it at that store, they have multiple stores and if the other store has it, they can mail it straight to your door. I would recommend this before you go to any other auto wrecking It was Easy and the service was excellent I was looking for this part for a ninety nine dodge durango Can't buy a brand new one so you have to get it from a broke down vehicle Been looking for 3 months Before I called them. I wish I called them first.

    I mean, they have parts. But the staff all act like they work for sacs 5th Avenue instead of a wrecking yard. They are rude, unhelpful, and snobbish. As if you buying from them is a favor they are doing for you and you should appreciate it and suck their bum. Sorry, player. You sell broken cars for a living. Stop acting like you are better than me because I shop there. I'm sure experiences will differ, but the three times I've been here, I wanted to take up bike riding before dealing with the attitude these junk sellers have.

    I visited B&R Auto Wrecking in Graham for the first time to find a small electronic part. I gotta tell you, T & William really went beyond good customer service, I would call it outstanding customer service straight up!! All the people who work there are very friendly, I never got a bad vibe. I highly recommend going to the Graham location if you ever might need some parts, I know I'll be going back, Thanks for the help T & William, truly appreciated...worked like a charm no joke!!

    My experience started off excellently. I was able to negotiate the price for my product (transmission) and was very happy with the process and price. Unfortunately, that is where the experienced changed. The product was advertised with an A rating but it did not work and had to be exchanged. I shared that I needed to take a trip and needed a quick turnaround but the process to determine it was not my mechanics error did not happen quick enough for a new part to be issued and installed. Thus I had to rent a vehicle and my mechanic had to do double work. Although the warranty on the product covered the replacement part, because of the faulty first part, over $3000 in additional expenses were incurred. When I asked B&R to make things right, I was basically told I'm sorry but that is not our problem and was sent the warranty information. Now I do understand they went by the book and that is their prerogative. However, it goes a long way to make things right with customers when they are put out as a result of your actions especially because with the additional expense I could have purchased a new transmission. Needless to say, I will not be doing business with B&R again and I would expect those referrals will not be happening moving forward. Although B&R responded to my review, don’t be fooled by the fake concern. I did exactly what was asked in their follow up to my review. I have not received any response from them.

    Awesome place, very knowledgeable, and great staff! This is the second time I've ever been to a wrecking yard and both times were this place. Their website allows you to message them directly so you're not wasting time over the phone or going in person. Communicating this way is a lot more convenient for me. The first time I went, I went into the yard to pick up a few minor things for the Avalanche. Once I came up to the counter the young lady working there said I'm not going to even charge you for that, I asked are you sure and she insisted. Picked up a cig lighter, side cargo spring, and shade cover for the sunroof. I know it really isn't worth anything but the experience made me appreciate them even more. The other day my wife said we don't have the rear seatbelt buckles for the kids in her 1999 Jeep Wrangler tj. Decided to message them again and long story short they ended up pulling the part for me. Paid for it, took it home, and installed it. Go check them out.

    B&R Auto Wrecking in Graham used to be a decent place to visit, but unfortunately, it’s become a shadow of its former self. The customer serviice has really gone downhill, and the long wait times make the whole experience frustrating. What really kills it for me is that the yard is no longer open to the public, so you can’t walk through and hunt for the parts you need like you used to. That was half the fun, and without it, the experience just isn’t the same. It's disappointing to see how much this place has changed.

    You can't go inside anymore and pull the part you need. Went there for a seat belt buckle, and they wanted 75 dollars for a used one. I can buy a new one online for that price. It's not like it used to be anymore, sadly. I used to come here often before.

    Unfortunately, I was a victim of theft. My car window was shattered. Calling around my window was averaging $390 installed. I'm blessed to have children who know how to install a car window, so I just needed to purchase the part. B& R had the part for $55 available within 3 days. Great place to reuse car parts for a decent price.

    Oscar was awesome and told me hold the yard works, considering I've never been here till today. They 2 radiators for the car I have. One of which was practically brand new. Price was amazing and the warranty was even more so. Can't thank you guys enough! Thank you Oscar! Really wish I would have checked the hole thing though. When I got home buttoned it up and added fluid... I came out the bottom? THE DRAIN PLUG (pitcock, no joke that's what it's called lmao) WAS MISSING! life little lessons right?

    Worse junk yard ever. SONT BELIEVE REVIEWS & STARS. THEYLL ASK CUSTOMERS TO RATE 5STARS AND GIVE A POSTIVE RECIEW. It’s been about a month, and i’m still waiting on an Engine Assembly. I keep calling just to be told they working on it, until i showed up and wanted to see for myself. They keep giving the run around. Just to find out they messed up the whole order & it never left VEGAS. THE SALES AGENT DJ AGENT NEVER UPDATED ME OR CALLED OR TEXTED BACK. NO UPDATES, NO EMAILS, NO VOICEMAIL, NO CALL.
