I visited B&R Auto Wrecking in Graham for the first time to find a small electronic part. I gotta tell you, T & William really went beyond good customer service, I would call it outstanding customer service straight up!! All the people who work there are very friendly, I never got a bad vibe. I highly recommend going to the Graham location if you ever might need some parts, I know I'll be going back, Thanks for the help T & William, truly appreciated...worked like a charm no joke!!

Great place, I found everything I needed there. With reasonable prices.. This is the second time I have gone there and the service there is outstanding. I was helped by several people in the yard very friendly and helpful. I was pulling my own parts and one guy told me a better way to get it. Very helpful. I do wish I would have got his name. Then David and mimi helped me inside both to locate the car I was looking for and then to check out. Again great customer service with a sense of humor and positive attitude. It made the trip fun! I will recommend this place to all of my friends and family. Thanks for making my trip fun!

I had an awesome experience at the b and r facility located in Graham. I tried to find the parts I needed myself and after walking through 2 rows I came back inside and I was assisted by David, super awesome guy he was able to explain how the yard lay out was (because it's such a huge yard) and quickly direct me to where I was going to pull what part I needed. This place has always been VERY HELPFUL. Especially over the phone when you live a ways away. They are very eager to help you solve your problem and making the part available to you so that you can get back on the road or complete a project. This is the First place I call. And usually the only place because of how helpful they are at helping me get the JOB DONE!!!

Call before I went to see if they had part I needed for my car that was damaged, got there and was given specific instructions on where it was located in the yard and where to go. She was great she allowed me to use her tools to take part off and it was a smooth and very pleasant experience. Service: Part finding & extracting

1 star for these clowns. How do you run a business with out a phone number?? There was no way to call the Graham store directly. Every number listed goes to a call center. And they said they dont know the number. The part was not ready for pickup when they said it would be. 160 mile drive round trip for nothing. I still have to go back in 3 days to get the part. Call center was not helpful at all. Blaine kept saying covid covid sorry.Service: Part finding & extracting
