Bought a bumper assembly. Paid for it in cash. They couldn't give me the correct change and were running around asking all employees for the correct bill to pay me back. Had to pay a bit over because no change was found, no big deal. Said the bumper would come in the following Tuesday or Wednesday. Well today is Friday and I had to call them for a status check. Was told that I'll be getting a check through mail and no bumper. No one told me about this. Avoid business, joke of customer service

Purchased an engine here about two months ago for $650.00, paid $50.00 to get it delivered, paid $130.00 for their one year warranty which is supposed to cover either replacing or refunding a faulty part. I had to pay $1,800.00 to get engine installed so in total I am out $2,630.00. All I am asking of them is to refund the $650.00 I paid for the engine which only lasted two months; this is perfectly reasonable as I paid $130.00 for the warranty specifically in case something like this happened. I was given contact info for a manager which only goes to his voicemail so I am not able to actually resolve the issue and get my refund. Luckily my Mother-In-Law is an attorney so I already have free counsel on hand. The next step for me should this not be resolved within the next week is to file in small claims court. Should they continue avoiding issue at hand, they will end up spending way more money paying me in small claims court. I will now be filing a complaint on Better Business Bureau and seeking their assistance.Service: Part finding & extracting

The Yard Foreman was awesome. He helped my son find some parts for a project at home and could not have been more helpful. It was amazing to see how much recycling is going on in their yard!

Needed a power steering pump for my vehicle; called to order one; they found it in Eugene Oregon. They had it removed from that wrecked vehicle and shipped it to this shop in a matter of 2 days! They were fast, efficient and the cost was more than fair.

Haven't been to the joint google, you of all folks should know that I only called them lookin for a transmission.but just for the records I got their number from a friend of mine who happens to be a master tech and he recommended the joint and therefore I would have to give them a 5

I bought a fender and a rim for one of my cars, they gave me the prices and charged shipping and everything, I was told parts were going to be delivered in a week.I called a week later and they said that they need $250 and the parts were not shipped. I tried talking to them and come to a solution, they said they’ll let me know and then I called a week after that and they told me that the money was refunded and I still haven’t received the money. Very unprofessional.

The guy who answered the phone has a bad attitude. He get mad if you quote a cheaper price. They are to high for used parts. They will cheat you out your money. I will never use them. Service: Part finding & extracting

Ok so I ordered a part for my truck online which turns out was the wrong part so I called the online number and they said I was able to return my part at the NE Columbia store so I did. I went down there are returned it and the guy at the counter said the money should be on my card in 1 to 3 business days. It was Friday August 20th when I returned after a week I email checking on the status of the refund I got an email back saying they will have my rep look into it. So after another week I emailed back for an update and the guy rudely put I'll have your rep look into it and he will call you ok. It's been over a month and I still have not seen my refund it's a great place to get parts I have been always sending anyone I know that needs parts down there but now I'm not to sure if I'm gonna continue going there I'm still deciding
