Charged me 460 bucks for a block of towing and having my car for 3 hours after it was stolen. Completely unprofessional and borderline useless company. I can't believe the Troopers and FPD call these crooks for stolen cars.

The employees were friendly and earnest, both former members of the armed services. They tried all the tricks they knew to help me get out of a ditch and down off a steep, slick hill. They didn’t give up despite the difficulties, and finally got me back to a safe road.

terrible employees. my boyfriend had 2 cars impounded and he went there to try to get his belongings and they lied to him and tried to manipulate him into giving them the car keys and lied to him saying he’d be slapped with a $5k collection fee if he didn't win them back at auction. they could tell he didnt know any better and used his lack of knowledge to their advantage and i am beyond disgusted. also tried to say it cost $300 for the tow when ive used them before and it only costed $100 per car. even $300 for 2 cars is ridiculous. DO NOT take advice from these leaches.Service: Car towing

The owner was very friendly and understanding of my situation at the time. I had to have him tow a vehicle of mine in Fairbanks as I live in Anchorage and could not be there myself to recover it from the thief who took it. Always helpful. The night my husband got in the accident we needed to get some stuff from her vehicle. As we were leaving the hospital we called Badger Towing and spoke to the dispatcher. He made arrangements for a tow truck driver to meet us at the impound lot so that we could get what we needed out of our vehicle. 2 Days Later I called them to get the plate number from our vehicle I needed it to fill out the paperwork that the DMV requires you to fill out when you're in an accident they save me a trip out there. I'm so thankful for all the help they've given us

Robert and the crew are are the best! I had to get two cars towed this week and within 10-15 minutes the tow truck was already at the site of the vehicles. With the -37 weather this week I was not expecting such a fast service. Thank you to the crew at Badger Towing! DJ, Ryder and Robert much appreciated it guys!
