Manual labor jobs are as difficult as ever. Fairbanks has many itinerant residents who expect a lot from a small business because their lifestyle is the contrary. Rather than to bash, think about the supply chain and number of hands these parts pass into in order to get to the customer. As with most service industries, none of this gets appreciation but is crucial when it comes to the local landfills and an avoidance of new car lot sales. Perhaps, check your maintenance before arrival, if you dislike the norms which come with the territory, rather than bet that this exists for your convenience. If your ideas for reviews are subjective and negative, then consider whether the military can staff a locator service for a special discount or light speed options.

Even though it took 3 days longer to get the part for my car I am a repeat customer at MSI. Then to find out the part couldn't get programmed to my car they were very understanding and had given me a refund for that specific part!! They have always been good about getting me what I need for my car!

I don’t usually leave reviews but here goes. Fairbanks really only has three options for used auto parts… MSI, Interior, and Marketplace. This was my last option, they claimed they had the part I needed, I pulled the part but ended up not being a compatible vehicle even though I was told it was. Whatever, then I try calling them to see if they have any other options, three calls later they finally answer. I explained my situation they begin to help, then phone cuts off. Can’t really fault them for that. I arrive at the store, explain the situation again, and ask if they have the part. They give me the vehicle, tell me it has the parts I need. Awesome I’m off to go pull it. When I get to the vehicle, one of the parts I’m looking for is already gone. So I didn’t end up getting what I needed after paying for the wrong part. Take from my experience what you will but I am not comfortable giving MSI my money. The way I see it is that they know they have a capital here in Fairbanks so their service goes down. Ignore my grammar, typing this on a phone.
