Got lost getting to this place, the gps does not take you in the right direction.

Some people write a review without even thinking about it, because they are the complainers. others write to complement because they appreciate what we have and what other do for us.Having said this, I have nothing but good service and good prices from Barely Used Auto Parts.As they say, you Can't please them all, after all we are human and not GOD.

One star was the lowest I could give would of given 0 if I could.I gave him the information on a part I needed said no problem could get it in. The part didn't fit and he got very defensive and rude accused me of ordering the wrong part. Because it was in my husbands name he said it must of been my husband he was talking to.I ordered the part not my husband and have the info on what I ordered. Said I could return it but i would have to pay to return it and he would charge me half of what I paid for Freight charges. WOULD NEVER BUY FROM HIM AGAIN.

These guys went above and beyond expectations. I'm from Michigan and I was having a difficult time locating a hard to find interior trim piece for one of our customers with a 1992 Lincoln Town Car. They were willing to work with me and kept good communication throughout the entire process. They even brought the car into their shop to prevent the plastic from cracking. I would highly recommend, thanks everybody.

Great to deal with, got pictures quickly of a truck box that I was interested in. Answered all emails quickly, and no problem shipping from NB to Ontario. Usually reluctant to buy sight unseen, but the box showed up exactly as described, no surprises. Solid deal, thanks again!

If there is no start to rate you I will do it. Bad service I have ever seen. Big lawyer in this world. Say a thing and do another. Hate the place and the service.

Excellent business to deal with,,,bought a motor from Malcolm in Dec/18. was as described, he even recommended a mechanic (Lloyd Welling) to do the install. Very pleased with the service, motor and work done.

Not impressed with the service,,they sold me the wrong parts and charge me for return it,,,I could just imagine the warranty ....
