The prices marked on the shelf often do not reflect what you pay at the register. When questioning this issue all you get is shrugged shoulders, whatever… Keep in mind you’re not the only parts house in town

Stopped at Les Schwann for a battery check but would have to wait for an hour and a half. Left a d drove over here ( in Bend.) Had immediate service!! Very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much!

Store #21, I ran out of gas and had to walk in the blistering cold for quite a ways today. The closest gas station was the space age which by the way is a terrible place to get gas because all the people there are complete 🤬!!! And the GAS station does NOT sell GAS cans!!! So greatful for the Baxter auto parts store nextdoor, the guy working the counter was the nicest employee EVER, I've never met a more curtious, helpful, johnny on the spot employee anywhere else in all central oregon! While paying for my BEAUTIFUL GAS CAN I also met another gentleman named Rogan who GAVE ME ( a total stranger) a ride back to my car!! Two completely AWESOME guys under one roof, that's unbelievable!! God bless you guys and thanks so much for helping me out in my time of need!I've never been inside a Baxter auto parts store until today but that particular store will be my first choice if ever I should need anything again!

I'm a new mechanic running a new shop in town. We have to oreder from you every day and usually have no issues. but here's a tip and take it to the bank...... STOP RELYING ON THE COMPUTER !!!!!! every one in that store needs to walk around, up and down the isles and learn what you have. i do not have time to come down their to show you how to do your job.

I won't be shopping here again for the simple fact that they jack the prices up to much. I've done plenty of comparison and they definitely have the highest prices

We were driving through Bend heading to Idaho in our motorhome. We were stuck in a parking lot with a seized up brake caliper. I had called every auto parts store in Bend. Then we called Torres and he helped save our vacation. They worked so hard to ensure we got the right part. A HUGE THANK YOU 🤗🤗

i do a lot of business with the north store, and they are friendly, and extremely helpful. it's easy for me to be loyal to these guys. i recommend them.

Typically have the parts you need. Staff could certainly be a bit more cordial. Especially (can't think of his name) guy with the shaved head. What a putz.
