Dealt with them a few times in the past years. Their towing portion is fantastic. Our vehicles were always taken care of when in need of a tow. But buying parts from the wrecker side can be slightly costly depending on the part you need... although they were able to ship in a part we needed for a taillight from another towing company in PG. So that was nice!

Bee Jay came through for me spectacularly - when my car broke down and left me stuck in the middle of the lane, on a hill, on an overpass, the boss happened to be driving by in his off-time and stopped to help. He assisted us safely off the road, personally called one of his drivers to tow my car, helped diagnose the cause and waited with us until the truck arrived.The tow truck driver was speedy, efficient and friendly. And they did all this while I was still waiting for a "call back" from the other towing company. Fantastic customer service, above and beyond!

Horrible outfit, not sure how they stay afloat, must be with towing and storing vehicles.I only ever gone there for parts in a pinch, but everytime I been there everyone is just sitting around, ignoring me, rude & useless personal.Nobody ever has time to get the easiest parts out when you really need them, they tell you come back in a few days, or they will call you when it's ready (they never call).Worst business in WL hands down.You're better off driving to Quesnel or even check out 150 Mile wreckers if you need parts, avoid this crooked outfit at all cost!
