Was given the wrong gear ratio diff, offered 30 day money back when the web site states “90 day conditional guarantee on all parts”. Returned the incorrect diff 2 weeks later and they exchanged the diff for one that the stub shaft was wrecked. Now they are saying 30 day guarantee expired. I’m out $1k because of their mistakes. How does this work? Who runs a business like this?Did you actually perform turns ratio to verify? Are you implying that our mechanic is lying?Why would you replace with one that’s wrecked without checking to ensure working?Strange business practices🙄Service: Transmission

If they dont have it theyll get it for you. Only 4 stars for being a little slow responding sometimes. But decent service and pricing

Not impressed with the upselling on used parts... that should even be, it's a AUTO RECYCLING! 3-RRR'S are positive not negative on the wallet. Not to even touch on poor organization ( personal and merchandise) It is a good place to find good "post your own ads" tho.

the most expensive auto wreckers I have ever had to deal with, I bought a roter for my pickup for twenty two dollars cheaper from napa,than they wanted for a used one. if it is a chev part they will charge a little less than the dealer does, RIP OFFS!!! shop around before you buy anything off them.get a quote and then call other wreckers and compare. you will see a big difference in price.

If you can get a call back they have a huge inventory ,get a price on new part to compare prices,if you are needing it they will take it off

Called half a dozen times. Kept saying they would call me back and never did. Ended up just having to buy new parts from Ford..
