Had myself in a situation with a piece of equipment. Called for there big wrecker to come and save me. The operator called me when he was leaving town. Got there pretty quick as I wasn't to far out. Getting stuck on a highway is not a painful experience. But thanks to Emergency crews on site including Ben's Towing & Auto Wrecking Ltd who not only arrived on time but delivered a friendly and professional service. Also, after a few days they make up an appointment with us to pick up our useful stuff & tools before the truck goes to mechanic shop. Thanks guys!!!

The driver, pleasant looking young man, came to my assistance in 10 min, he knew how to properly tow my Mercedes, which is very low profile vehicle, which makes it hard to tow. Not what I was used to when living in Lower Mainland.

My dad and I were stranded after being unable to reset the anti theft system in his explorer. After seeing our hood up, one of these lovely drivers came to offer his assistance and was even able to get us back on the road again! Refused to accept a payment for his time. Just wanted to make sure we were OK. Dad was 3 days post surgery and was extremely sore and needing to get home. We are so grateful for such a kind heart.

Had a breakdown just outside salmon arm on sunday night around 5pm. Matt came out amd was willing to go to Lordco to get parts to get us going again before they close. Helped me out to change out an alternator and battery and made sure we got on our way safely. Thanks again :-) much appreciated we got back to calgary that night.

I have used Bens Towing a few times for unlocking my vehicle and when I've been broke down. They are the local towing company for Salmon Arm and surrounding areas which makes them pretty busy.

Poor communication. Driver says one thing, dispatch says another thing. After a total of 6 phone calls over 3 days I finally told it will be at least two more days and bcaa won't cover it. The driver never even got out of the tow truck to look at the vehicle charges me 80 buck. I understand people are busy but leaving me in the dark waiting by the phone is wrong. I wouldnt use this service if you can help it.

They did a great job and even was able to back into our big trailer between a tree and a fence with little to no extra space! Was very pleased with there service and price and definitely recommend
