Very Rude on the phone. Truck broke down? So you can't send another truck? WE THE CUSTOMER have to let our trash pile up?? How about the next billing cycle is free because you guys can't pick up the trash on time?? We pay the bill on time and if we don't you don't pick up the trash.. But if you don't pick up the trash on time we are still expected to pay? Very poor service

8 years with this company I called to make a payment and their card machine didn't work I made 2 more calls and it didn't work I waited for them to call me but they didn't notify me and they didn't pick up the trash they don't care about customer service

I have good service. I am battling cancer and got extremely sick and forgot to pay my bill on time 2 months in a roll and the staff is so nice they just give friendly calls to remind me and I paid them during the calls. I can’t say how much I appreciate this! They could have just cut my service. I am also a Disabled veteran and through my life have been meticulous on paying bills on time and forgetting to pay bills during the worse time of my life has added more stress but this company helped in letting me know instead of cutting me off. They are compassionate!

We have been doing business with BPD for the past 17 years through my place of employment and I have nothing but good to say about them!! We can have 12 active job sites at the same time and they take care of all our disposal needs. More than once we’ve had to call for an adjustment to their normal schedule and they always come through for us. I strongly recommend using Best Pick Disposal.

Poor customer service, trash was not picked up on day it was supposed to be. I called got no reason, NO apology about the issue. Was told trash will be picked up Friday after a driver finished their route. My trash is still here! I called and canceled my service. They wanted to wait a week for pick up, I said no. It's overflowing now. Best Pick now claims it will be picked up by the end of the day tomorrow.. So disappointing, won't be referring them to anyone!

So the plot thickens, they have still not arrived to pick up the random roll off dumpster that they dumped on our property, I spoke to them yesterday morning and was assured that it was an honest mistake that they made and that it would be roughly 48 hours before they could remove it. I told them no, I am not running a storage facility and that it was in my yard and in the way of work I needed to get done. She promised it would be picked up that day. It was never removed and I called them in the evening and I was pretty angry at this point. I informed them that if their property was not removed from my land that I would drag it to the road and the sheriff could notify them of its new location. They still have not come and my lady called and was told another lie, that we ordered it, I guess they will deliver a 500.00 rental for free now...ugh right. They are trying to leave it here until another customer in our neighborhood is ready for one and I am sick of being lied to. I am sick of it being in my yard. Oh when they picked up the only one we ordered the driver did not tarp his load so any old insulation, styrofoam, and paper thin rotted plywood between wilhoit and prescott is on them.

Called to inquire service, Lucy was pleasant, gave me everything I needed to make my decision. I called back after doing more research and seeing how Prescott area treats new residence. Lucy, thank you for your fantastic customer service and setting up for a pick up was a breeze.... These guys deserve 5+ stars!!!

When it comes to keeping customers notified they stink. We have been waiting for the trash to be picked up since Thursday, it's now Sunday. I understand they are down a driver but we should be notified when they will get a driver to pick up our trash.

i couldnt have chose a better trash service. the girls at the office are so polite and helpful! and my regular driver is amazing. go best pick!!!

Their office staff is disorganized and they can't keep track of orders or existing accts. You never know if your order will be lost. Weve used them for several years and we're over them!
