Prescott Valley Kia the hidden gem in the hills. We had been searching for a new Sorento since April of 2021. During that time we came across some very questionable dealerships . We spent an exorbitant amount of time and efforts dealing with nearly all Kia dealerships around Tucson and Phoenix areas. We were very mindful how much the vehicle market has been effected by the chip shortage as well the hardships car dealerships have had to deal with because of the pandemic. On day I came across Prescott Valley Kia online and discovered they had the vehicle we wanted. Right from the start we were greeted like family. Randall Richmond our sales consultant set up a time and courtesy hold through his manager to make the deal happen since we were traveling from 3 hours away. The price and options were spot on with NO dealer markup adjustments unlike all the other dealerships we had previously delt with. Mr. Randall was a real gentleman and we couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable and professional sales consultant (he also happens to be awesome magician which you have to see it to believe it). The finance manager Mr. Jeff Bowen was also a real genuine professional, we were extremely impressed with the entire operation of this dealership specifically the integrity demonstrated by all the staff we interacted with. We have no problem or wouldn't hesitate recommending Prescott Valley Kia to anyone!

I drove into the service area, and was greeted immediately. Lucas explained in detail what needed to be done with my vehicle, and offered me complimentary shuttle service so I did not have to wait at the dealership. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, I was escorted inside and we reviewed all of the work that had been done. The waiting area inside was clean, the staff was friendly, and my car was clean and ready to go. Excellent experience all the way around!

Scheduled maintenance is performed at the bare minimum required.Warranty repairs requiring you to leave your car do not include a loaner vehicle.No effort is made to reward you for icing their facility. Simple washing and vacuuming aren't performed.

The PV Kia crew got my vehicle in promptly after discussing the details of my service appt. Everything was completed faster than promised and two requests were performed free of charge. Fast, professional, polite, and less expensive than expected. What more could you ask for?

Sales had a lot to be desired. They were very nice but they added $500 for tinting that they didn't tell us about. They told us we were getting one rate for financing but we got another that was twice what we could have got if we knew. Service after the purchase is excellent though!!!

Love the car! But took a whole year to give my license plate. After multiple times calling and them telling me it would be sent. I would drive around with expired plates because they were delaying the whole process

I bought a 2015 Buick Encore back in October. I just had to use tax money to buy all 4 new tires (they didn’t bother telling me the ones on the car were 9 years old, let alone replace them). My salesman said I had tire coverage and all wheel drive, which I do not. So unprofessional! They’re lucky I didn’t have an accident with my toddler in the vehicle due to bad tires. Awful experience!

I recently had to bring in my 2020 Kia Soul for a follow-up appointment for a factory recall. The PV Kia service center personnel were extremely helpful and courteous. This is especially noteworthy since the building is undergoing remodeling and they took the extra steps to provide helpful signage to direct customers to the other side of the building. The courtesy amenities like wifi and coffee were available as well.It's never fun to bring in a vehicle for a recall, but the PV Kia service team made it as painless as possible. Thanks!

In All My Life; I am not a Complainer but these folks forced me to write a Negative review. I took my Sorento in for 60k check up and oil change. They said it has a known issue that may cause the engine to explode! I requested a loaner or rental while they conducted test; they told me to kick rocks. I contacted the owner, John at York. He had me return vehicle for them to test. They tested it over a weekend and found the engine burned through "quarts of oil in a weekend and that is not normal". i went and got pre approved to buy anything they had. They went on to request I pay for another $80 oil change; I refused after just paying for it 2 weeks a go. I planned on buying another vehicle, they offered me 4K less than Kelly Blue Book WTH, but they demanded that I drive the vehicle for 2 more 1,000 mile tests and reminded me that the engine could explode. I refused to put my family at risk but the manager Mike stated they could forego the final 1K test for my inconvenience. I drove it and called to turn it back in and manager mike lied and said he never said I'd be able to forego final test and I needed to continue to drive this lemon. All they had to do is get me a loaner and I would of bought a new vehicle but now I've been forced to write this based on their incompetence and worst customer service ever. I am contacting KIA & BBB based on their dysfunctional operations.

Was referred to Prescott Valley Kia though the Costco Auto Program based on the car we are looking to purchases. I don’t live in AZ but it was the closest dealer that worked with Costco and my family was looking forward to the road trip. Would have been the easiest sale the dealership could have had but no one decided to pick up the phone to take the order for the Kia Sorento PHEV. In full disclosure they did reach out but when I requested a phone call they called and left a message. I have called back 3 times and left messages even texted a sales guy but no response.
