The folks at the Advance Auto Parts here in Prescott Valley are always pleasant and helpful. Have also installed my wiper blades if there are enough employees for one to leave the store.

They had the disc pads I needed for both cars and the sales guy was helpful.

Have been in the store probably a dozen times in the last month or two with half as many trips to O'Reilly's and a couple to AutoZone as well. Of the 3 stores in the area, I would say I prefer this one the most. The staff seems the most knowledgeable and are always helpful. They have had or were able to get what I needed every time, the other stores are just a bit closer to home and open a bit later which are the reasons for the stops there. I've shopped in store as well done some pick-ups in store for online orders with good experiences both ways, including using coupons and their rewards system with both. They do get busy, but move through lines quickly. Was able to dispose of used fluids including ATF, oil, and coolant. They do have a 5 gallon disposal limit per day and they can not take the containers (same at O'reilly's) the waste fluid is in but gladly empty the fluids and return the containers. I will definitely be returning.

For UPS drop-off, walk inside and give your package to whomever is at the counter. Easy peasy. Thank you for offering this service.

Claims to offer free installs but none of the employees can. Went to AutoZone and they were able to help me out and get me going.

I love this place. I consider this store to be my "home store" and have been buying or picking up online orders from here for years! Today I was helped by Lance and he was very helpful and friendly. I had 5 online orders I was picking up and he helped me right away. Will continue to come here.

I was the first client on the morning of July 18, 2021 and when I asked about what I needed I found it very expensive and I expressed it because I had seen it online at 50.00 the employee told me "that's online" and in Advance I got 179.00. The employee did not help me look for options and I was surprised. My first visit to that store and it will be my last.

I have been to this store twice and will continue to come here. I’ve called the store twice and both times I spoke to Eddie. He took the time to answer my questions - help me save money while delivering great quality parts. Both times I went into the store after speaking with Eddie and buying online. Eddie has a great personality and went out of his way to help us. Great store and excellent customer service. Thank you.

Knowledgeable and friendly. Had just the parts I needed even after the dealership said there was "no way" I'd find the parts anywhere.One of the workers even slid under my car in the parking lot to look at the issue. Above and beyond.
