Great crew, got an excellent deal on a door for my car. It's an "old school" type of car wrecker business where you'll see older gentleman hanging around chatting, you may be expected to help remove the part you want, etc but the price and friendly service more than make up for any minor shortcomings.

Was suppose to get a transmission from them. A week passed by and I never heard nothing. I stopped in to look at the vehicle and one of his associates took me in the yard but we couldn't find the year I was looking for. I called back a few days after to talk to bill himself to see about the transmission and when I could look at the vehicle and he got very ignorant saying I didn't need to see the vehicle, I didn't trust them and not to worry about the transmission anymore . All I wanted to see was the type of condition the vehicle was in, why I wasn't allowed to see it just brings up a lot of awful bad feelings and I will take my business elsewhere , good on you bill

My husband and I went to Bill Young thinking we needed motor plant in our truck. He had the motor there and was ready to plant it, then called and said "You don't need a new motor - just a timing chain." He could have done the plant, since that was what we'd asked for, and we'd never have known the difference. This kind of honesty really impresses me. This isn't the first good experience I've had with Young's - just the most recent. Can't say enough good about Bill and his staff.

They got a go f yourself attitude there. I asked for $5 off and I was told no deal not even going to sell you the part now and get out! No joke! Will never go back there nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Really disappointed in the rotor he sold me,, rusty as old hell . should of went up myself. you could tell it has not been on a car for years clean it up ,and it has a warp spot in the rotor car shakes crazy,, thanks Bill!!!!
