Nothing but good things to say about my experience with Black Gold Import Auto Parts. I needed a replacement part for my Audi and received excellent customer service over the phone from Darren. I received the part two days after ordering over the phone (part still needed to be removed from the donor vehicle). Also, the part was removed properly with no damage! Black Gold Import is a great place to find any automotive part you need, if they have them. All of the cars are taken apart and broken down so you don't have to do any of the work. Black Gold's website was extremely easy to navigate but I would suggest implementing a feature where you can select the years of the vehicles in a range rather than one specific year. I was able to find the part I needed very quickly. The staff responded to my inquiries, emails, and phone calls very quickly. They were very helpful and was able to answer all my questions.

We have used Black Gold for over 4 years now. The engines, components and replacement parts received are very clean and in the condition as stated. Delivery and services promised have never been missed. This is so critical to our business of delivering high end luxury and exotic vehicles. Ordered a transmission and all associated parts and hardware to be shipped cross country. The transmission was super clean as advertised, very Well packaged and received everything we asked to complete the job, we'll be doing business again.

This is a family owned place with the worse customer service and the most arrogant people you'll ever talk to .They post the parts online as available but not the prices,so when somebody calls to ask about the price they call around or check the competition first so they can match the prices. If you ask for a bumper they tell you that it comes complete but when you get it and something is missing even if it's part of the bumper they will claim that it is not just so they can charge you extra for it ,same with the doors, mostly everybody sells the doors complete ,yet they are claiming that the interior panels are sold separately. Worse to deal is Curtis ,next is Corey ,but ask for Rick ,he is more reasonable because he is the owner and he cares about his business.

Right of the bat this guys talk like they are robots and have little knowledge about the new vehicle parts ,if you ask about the air shutter they will say that they are selling it together with the rad support but if you order the rad support they will say that the air shutter is part of the bumper and if you order the bumper they will say that the air shutter is sold with the front end only. Very rude and if you find some other places the same parts cheaper ,they will tell you to go and buy from there.I hope they go bankruptcy one day !

Great experience. I purchased a complete 2014 Chrysler 300 SRT8 interior from them at a very reasonable price. It was shipped promptly to the USA (I live in NE Ohio,) and it arrived in perfect condition. Ask for Rick, great guy to deal with. I am still looking for more parts from him for my project vehicle.

Was looking for an OEM trailer hitch for my vehicle. Found it with Black Gold Import Auto through car-part.com. I called them on Tuesday ordered it over the phone and part arrived on my porch Thursday morning (shipped from Alberta to Ontario). Part was in mint condition, packaged well and came with all the hardware associated with. Together with the decent pricing, I could not ask for more.

I have been using Black Gold Import Auto for the past 10 years and these guys are amazing!
