Buyer Beware!!!!I never post bad reviews as I too am a business owner and do realize the negitive impacts of what I might post, however in this case I was left with no reson not to share my experience with Brassard, which was theWost experience I have ever had as a Red Seal Automotive Technician with over 20 years in the busniess, both repairing vehicles and running a my own automotive repair shop.I Bought a Mercedes Diesal 642.820 for my own ML350. I was assured it was a good engine, only having aprox 100k . It would come with 5000 kms warranty, It ran 2300 kms before it went bad.So much for the assurance that the engine that I paid over $7000.00 for was a "Good" engine.These guys would do nothing for me but charge me for another engine.I could not be more disaponited with this experience,Remeber we are not talking about a few hundred dollars here, this was closer to $8000 with tax and shipping, which was a total waste of time and money as that does not factor in the close to 50 man hours and materials to remove and instal this engine.In my opion Brassard's actions and not being willing to stand behind there product amounts to fraud.I would think twice before you buy from this operation!!!Also note: If you want to take legal action, they are in Quebec so with no assets in your home province you will not get anywhere in small claims court.1 STAR HERE IS GIVING THESE GUYS TOO MUCH CREDIT SHOULD BE A SELECTION FOR A NEGITIVE 5 STAR RATING!!!!

Horrible customer service. No effort in trying to understand what you are really asking and absolutely no care in digging a little further and finding out. Rude and arrogant in their replies. You feel like you are wasting their valuable time.Worst service I've had in ages. Avoid like the plague.
