Terrible service. The service department has no clue how to help you, they just stare at you and don't care. They overbook appointments and have no room for when you need emergency repairs.

This company has been involved in our community and has sponsored our softball league in a neighboring borough, so when it came to my next vehicle I decided to give them a shot.I leased a Chevy Silverado, and received excellent service that was fully bilingual, not to mention a beautiful truck!Special thanks to Martin Marleau whose commitment, dedication and personal touch made this experience a true pleasure.

Looking at a few options of cars. Walked in met Steve at the appointed time. We reviewed a few car options and test drove an fully electric Bolt. He was knowledgeable and provide a bit of insight. After completing the test drive Steve provided me with pricing options. The entire experience was pleasant and completely pressure free. I am not sure that the Bolt is exactly what I am looking for but I would gladly revisit the dealership and Steve once I am closer to making a decision.

Outside charging station has been out of order for months and their own car is always connected to the other available one. When you purchase an electric car they say : ‘’come anytime to charge for free’’ but it is never available. Staff is friendly

Yesterday, my Volt 2017 was not starting, no power. So I call Chevrolet Brossard Service and they told me to contact GM road assistance to get my car towed. I really needed to get to work, so I got a ride to the car dealer to get a rental car. In the meantime, the towing company came to my place and tried to boost the car, which worked. No need to tow it any more.I couldn't bring back the rental car until the next morning and now they wanted to charge me the rental because, although I was entitled to a free rental since I was under warranty, they couldn't get reimbursed by GM if my car was not in their garage for repair. Really???!! They never told me that so I left, refusing to pay and called GM to place a complaint. They also added that they would never rent me a car anymore if I was leaving without paying.On top, they suddenly couldn't offer me a ride home (6 km from their place) saying that their service was off for the next hour for lunch. Which I found up was not true because when I went outside to hitchhike back home, their 'limousine' was right there and the gentleman nicely gave me a ride, saying he had no problem to work during the lunch time.This is a really unfortunate event because when I get a good service, I like staying with the same car dealer, even if I change car. I don't see how I can go back now. I'll need to find another dealer to take care of my Volt. :-(

Horrible service. We got stranded in a parking because our electric car decided not to turn on anymore. We took an appointment with them, cost us $100 to rent a car for a day since they did not want to lend us a car, they told us the car was fine and the battery was just not charged (when it was charged at 80%), and they made us pay $100 on top because they looked at our car.Besides that, they overbook appointments, staff do not care or they’re clueless on how to satisfy client needs. I will never go back.I wasted 5 hours to get the car checked for regular routine work, and had to go back the next day since they forgot something, and charged me twice because of their mistake, never offered to lend me a car to accommodate.Worth the drive to go to another service / car dealership.

Today I went to see the new Chevy Blazer and I was treated very kindly by the reception and the sales team at this place. I would like to thank Patricia who welcomed me with a nice smile and took the time to show me the Blazer and explain all the options. She also offered me to go for a test drive eventhough she knew that I am not going to buy anything at that moment. [I was at another dealership across the street and although I am already their client and their cars are among the most expensive cars in the market, I was NOT treated nicely.] I am very satisfied with my experience and for sure I will comeback to this dealership when the time comes to change my car.

Appointment time not respected. Misleading staff. Avoid this place.

Very bad customer service when it comes to the repairs department. As a single mother who relies on her vehicle for work and her kids, honesty and good customer service are very important to me. I have had two vehicles with Chevrolet back to back, the first was a good experience, but this most recent one has been a real nightmare. I am currently shopping for a new vehicle and am inclined to go elsewhere.
