    Two weeks of no garbage pickup, so far. Have called twice and the response I received was not appropriate given the circumstances. I was told I would not receive a refund and to pile garbage at the end of the driveway and they would pick up the extras in a week or that I could bring it to the dump myself. When I first called yesterday over the trash not being picked up despite the garbage being left out by 7pm the night before, I was told it would still be picked up and then hung up on. It was not picked up. My services are every Friday pickup, which has been paid for, and I will now be going on three weeks without a pickup.Service: Junk removal

    The problem is the pick up. Not the dump that you drive into. If you go to the actual dump yourself it's great. My problems have been with pick up only. So I pay for monthly service and it was originally a company called TAM. I always paid my bill when it was about $80 to $100 dollars because it was easier and Tam never had an issue with this. Well Cassell's bought TAM and now they intermittently have issues with this. Some months it's fine and other months they won't pick up? So my problem is that I pay everything in full... But then don't get picked up for that week. That's bull. If I don't get service for that week, why don't I receive a refund? Their business is not like what we had with TAM. Just very disappointed. Also when Cassell's bought Tam, we never received the new trash cans that Cassell's provides to it's customers. We still have the smaller TAM cans. If you put trash on the side of the can because you can't fit it all inside, they will not pick it up. They leave it in your yard. That's poor service as well, if I had received the larger cans that Cassell's provides, I would not have to set it on the side. Very disappointed.
