I had an alternator belt snap on a bank run for work. I pulled my car right in there because it happened right down the street. They pulled my car right in and had me fixed in an hr. I have an appointment there in a cpl weeks for a complete tune up. These guys are awesome! Thank u all once again

They where going to charge $125 for a new car battery, I said I would put my own in later. Then they said we put one in for you so it will Be free, because it was still under warranty. They tried charging me for a battery that was under warranty. A few weeks later I discovered that this AutoZone battery had been used before because it was a Carquest battery with Auto Craft stickers on it, and it had a bad cell!!! My old car battery was actually a more expensive car battery and was still good it was just old. I also had issues with there other work they did on that same work order. I have had to pay a new mechanic to fix there sloppy work! They are scamming people please be aware of what you have done here. And I would recommend checking all work you've had done by them, with another mechanic.

In a panic I called SVA and they were able to get me in for an oil change I was very overdue for, this is the second time we’ve used this establishment for regular maintenance and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
