We had an excellent experience at Chop Shop Auto Parts. We were sent to them by another parts place, and actually drove about an hour and a half to go to this location. My son had called and he was assured that the part was in stock and had been tested. We had been on the hunt for this part for about three weeks. Once we arrived, they knew exactly where the vehicle was located and where the part was stored. The staff was very professional and we will return in the future for more parts. The funny thing is as we were leaving we ran into a friend who had made the same hour and a half trip as well for parts he couldn't find anywhere else. I will highly recommend this place to anyone in search of parts.

Does not ship and will not consider shipping. Very poor customer service on the phone.

Chop shop auto parts is great at ignoring their customers and ensuring a terrible experience. I tried to donate my car through Heritage for the Blind and Chop Shop was supposed to tow the car. The whole process is supposed to take a couple days at most but for me it lasted for months. Every time I called to schedule a time for pick up they would say that they would call back and schedule a time. Of course this never happened even after many conversations with them. I eventually had to go through a different company because I was blatantly being ignored. The new company towed the car within 24 hours. I would not recommend Chop Shop Auto Parts to anyone. Very disrespectful and terrible customer service. This is not how to run a business.

After searching for a complete steering column for my T Bird i finaly found one here all intact..nice guys..gave me a good price & although it was hot as hell out the fella who removed my part was very quick..in & out in 25mins..Thanks again guys👍hopefully this one doesn't break for a long time lol.

When I say this Customer service could not get any worst I mean it I have had Better customer service from McDonald's then this Joke of company

An absolute joke of a company can't follow up on any appointments can't answer the phone nobody knows what's going on in the office would not recommend
