After dealing with a handful of unhelpful salvage yards, I tried my luck with Fenix Parts. I ended up working with Bo King and had a great experience. He was able to locate the exact item I was after, and within 1 business day it was available and ready for pickup. It was exactly what I needed and fixed the issue I had with my vehicle.<br>Bo did a great job at keeping me updated on where the part was, ETA, pricing, and even gave me heads up about its arrival so I could plan my day accordingly. Would gladly work with Bo again on any future car part purchases at Fenix - salvage yards need to keep people like him on staff. Communication is key, and Bo excels at it. Thanks again!

1Star — Very disappointing experience.<br>Drove 2 hours from Charlotte to get a gray fender I was promised twice over the phone. When I arrived, they brought a white one instead. They said they had the right color but needed 1–2 hours to remove it. After waiting 4 hours total, they finally brought it — but with dents.<br>Completely unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend.
