I’ll start by saying I have purchased several vehicles in my life and this was by far the best experience I have had. Brent, the young man who sold us the car wasn’t pushy in the least bit and was very friendly. The general manager, Cameron, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and made the whole process very easy. If we ever need another car in the future we will be going back to Christensen Auto Sales.

Got a very good deal on a 2011 Honda CRV. Car was clean and well kept with only one owner and a Carfax record. AC wasn't working on the test drive so they gave it a charge. I asked what if it has a freon leak? They said if it stops blowing cold air bring it back within 60 days and they'll fix it for free. As I was afraid of it stopped blowing cold air after 30 days and called them. They scheduled my car into their shop, found the leak with the condenser and replaced it with a new one. No hassles they kept their word and are friendly and trustworthy. So rare these days I was very impressed. I will be a returning customer when I need my next car. Bought a car from them, turns out it had internal engine problems that they didn’t tell me about. Took to my mechanic and recommended engine swap. DO NOT buy from them. They will scam you and charge full price for the car. Go anywhere else. Response from Owner "Your name is not in our database, maybe your thinking of another dealership. Have a good afternoon!". I have the proof that I purchased from your dealership, don't try and play it off like you didn't do it. If you truly cared about your business image, you would reach out and try to fix the issue, not ignore emails and voice messages from purchasers.

I know everyone that works here, out EVERY dealership in McMinnville I go to them! Staff was super helpful, sales team was very relaxed and complete opposite of being "pushy" like most places. They were very flexible and competitive with other dealer's offers. I traded in my old truck, they were willing to come down on the price of the truck I wanted to beat competitor's deal, fast, and had great financing options that included an unbelievable warranty. Nice small family owned business and great experience.
