He expertly secured the vehicle, towed it through some hairpin turns on our country drive, then placed it exactly where I needed it in front of my shop. I called after 7 pm for vehicle lockout service, the phone was answered promptly, and when I asked how long it would take for someone to arrive I was told they’d be there in under 30 minutes. Kyle arrived in under 15 minutes and had me on my way in less than 10 minutes. I received SMS updates and a phone call from Kyle when he was close to my location. Nothing but polite and professional all the way around!
