While losing my vehicle to an automobile accident and dealing with insurance that was less than stellar in terms of customer service, my experience with Copart was a wonderful one. Eli was the agent that assisted me when I brought in my title. Not only was he very pleasant, but such a great personality, full of pep in his step. Every customer service experience should be this way. He was fast, efficient and truly made this a wonderful day. Thank you, Eli for bringing such warmth, kindness and just overall joy to what has been a most trying situation.

Copart told me their flatbed driver would give me an hour notice to meet at the (totaled) car, which I needed because I live 45 minutes from where the car was. When he did call, he said he was 15 minutes away but would take care of some other stuff and wait for me. I called their dispatch about 15 minutes later to give them my ETA while I was enroute, and they told me the driver was leaving and we'd have to reschedule. The driver and/or dispatch lied about when the timing of the initial call in order to justify leaving. The dispatcher couldn't get me off the phone fast enough. I demanded to escalate to a manager, which she tried not to do ("there's no manager available"). Finally she put me on hold for a solid 20 minutes. The manager checked their phone records and confirmed that I was correct - the driver and/or dispatcher had in fact misrepresented when the time window had started and cheated me out of the 1-hr time window. To her credit, she immediately rectified the situation (thus avoiding a 1-star review) but it was an extremely difficult process with a lot of hard and uncaring pushback from the dispatcher to cover the lie, none of which should have happened. Not sure if it's poor training, bad ethics, or just bad driver/dispatcher, but they have a problem they need to fix.

Been trying for two weeks to get through on their phone, email, etc for answers. Sent us a title without notary AND it still had a lien on it! Our return Fedex arrived there and was signed for on 11/10/2021. A month later, they cannot find it and offered no solution for obtaining the title. "We cannot find it..." I am literally begging for the title now...on hold again at 47:53...

Just bought a 2017 Silverado from auction here. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews here, especially from people who clearly didn't check the vehicle out in person before bidding and are upset the vehicle they won has issues. From viewing the vehicle pre-auction, calling (multiple times) with questions (that were clearly answered), the purchase and leaving with the truck, I have had a great experience and all the employees were very friendly. Will definitely continue business at this location.

Copart North Boston engages in selling vehicles with fraudulent descriptions. “Runs and Drives" with "Dents and Scratches". Really? 2 feet of the fuel line is missing. Literally when you turn the key forward, fuel profusely pours out of the fuel lines from the pump in the tank. How does it "run and drive" when the engine is unable to receive fuel? Not to mention the danger it presents to my family, myself, and the environment. Our body guy in Northern Minnesota said "worst frame he's ever seen on a vehicle 17 years old". Probably pretty accurate seeing the rear cross member of the frame is gone. Why didn't you advertise the vehicle as such? Why not tell everyone the cars are “like new” if your descriptions matter so little? Other vehicles on your site clearly state undercarriage issues. Does a 100% rotten frame not qualify? You can also see where at one time it was a "Parts Only" vehicle on the windshield. Which is intentional deception of a consumer product. A few things we've learned. Your State Attorney General's Office is always there to assist. We feel like victims of fraud and the law takes note to that.

I had the worst experience there, all those women are mean and evil. I had to wait forever and she wouldn't give me the title, said they would mail it and never did. That place is very disorganized. I will never go back!

They agreed to buy 2 vehicles from me, scheduled a day and 4 hour window. They never showed the entire day. Of course I had to call them, and the worst part is they lied saying the drivers were on the way. Insanity

I paid $120 to inspect a vehicle at this location and after the inspection I decided to buy the car before the auction date except they decided not to sale the vehicle to me anymore after I already paid.Update: I was able to finally buy the vehicle but on March 26th I had a auto transport company go out and retrieve the vehicle at 4:00P.M a whole hour before they closed and they wouldn't let him in and now they expect me to pay the storage fees over the weekend? I tried to take the vehicle off the lot. I truly don't understand.
