    Just bought a new truck from cowboy and it was the easiest and best car buying experience ever! We did everything over the phone and signed the papers through email and within 2 days they had delivered my new truck. Colten Bishop and his sales team will definitely take care of you!

    Found a truck I wanted to trade for and contacted them. At first, the salesman was very upfront. He told me about a small dent that the truck had and sent pictures. I disclosed my truck had a check engine light on. Upon arrival of the truck, I found several issues with the truck and I should have walked away immediately, but was told they would fix it. First, the tail-light lens was cracked on the passenger side. I will say it was a small crack, but if you looked, you would see it. The salesman said he didn't know about it, but would order a new tail-light lens sent to me, which was awesome! Here is where it gets bad. First, I noticed the back tires were almost brand new, but the front were bald to the point I had to spend $816.07 the very next day to get new front tires. I took this on the "chin" since I didn't ask about the tires. However, there were no pictures of the front tires, nor was I told about them. Second, I noticed that the previous owner had taken off the front mud-flaps and attempted to do some cutting in order to make the bigger wheels/tires fit without rubbing. They definitely did a hack job and had no clue what they were doing. I overlooked that as well and told them I would fix it. Thirdly, they had let a dog dig its claws into the vinyl door-skins on both back doors on the interior. It looks completely awful. I wasn't told about this either and it wasn't shown in pictures. I asked for it to be fixed. The sales manager "a real stand up person" came out and gave me a number for someone he "claimed" would fix the interior and bill the dealership. I called the number he told me too on the way home to set-up an appt to get it fixed. The guy asked for my address and information and said he would get someone to come out. That was 2 weeks ago. Now when I call the number, nobody will answer and I have left several voicemails. Looks like I am getting screwed on the interior. Lastly, when I got home, the fog lights don't even work on the truck. At this point it is what it is, but be very careful when buying a vehicle from this shady dealership. I am sure I will be the "bad guy" in this, but I will tell everyone that I know to not do business here. I will never be back.

    This dealerships does not give any concern at all for repeat customers. I purchased a brand new truck last year for over $60k and now this year interested in a used truck they have that has the same exact options, only 800 miles difference and even the same color and year model that another dealership has. Cowboy has theirs listed for $5500 more and when I questioned them and how is there such a difference in price for exact same trucks especially for a repeat customer and I was told exactly, "we don't price trucks by customers, we price them by the market." So I guess your business means nothing to them and you are just another number. Welcome to Cowboy Chevrolet, how can you accommodate us today! Was also told, "maybe you should go buy the truck from the other dealership."Update: if you want to get to speak with the owner of the dealership over your negative experience just simply leave a 1 star review for which you will receive a call within the hour but beware if he does not have excuses to cover your concerns that you are willing to accept he himself will even make your bad experience YOUR fault. I was never offered a resolution just a half-hearted "sorry" and simply told that, "there is no reasoning with you, you just want to be combative." I get there may be some misunderstanding. I get that we may not be able to do business. What I don't get is when customers that keep your doors open have a problem with your business you try to make their bad experience their fault just because you can't lie your way through it to smooth it over or snake your way out of it.

    Recently had work done on my newer car and the staff were absolutely amazing. Very friendly, knowledgeable, caring, and had my car back to me as fast as they could. I highly recommend them. I'd say 10 stars.

    I ordered this truck April 29th of this year. It has been very trying but we got through it.Cowboy Chevrolet maintained their integrity, were honest and straight forward with me.They did a good job. I will recommend them to my friends and I will continue to do business with them.

    Buyer Beware! I reached out to this dealership back in August, looking for a new Traverse. I was told that there was one in transit but wouldn’t be here until October. On Oct 1, I received a text stating the Traverse had not arrived yet and asked if I was still interested. I said Yes. On Saturday, Oct 9, I received a text saying the Traverse had arrived and would I like to come in. I said that I was at a fundraiser and unable but could come on Monday morning (Oct 11) between 10 – 11. They called Monday morning and I reconfirmed we would be there as planned. We live about an hour away. We arrived within the planned time, and the assistant came out and said someone had just came in a filled out a credit app and that the Traverse was no longer available! This has to be one of the worst dealerships in the state! They apparently do not care about the customer, but only with making a sell. They lost a new customer, but they simply don’t care. Again, Buyer Beware!

    Felt welcomed by the service advisor. While waiting for vehicle to be serviced, other employees in dealership asked if I wanted water, very kind and made me feel special to be their customer. I like that. Cashier was very nice and personable.

    very friendly staff - i appreciate printed estimate for future visit - i called for appt. because we live 45 minutes away, was told first come first served, asked best time and how long. Showed up at time recommended, but took twice as long as told. no loaner car offered, had to walk to everything, mom is 85 years old, worn her out. maybe offer appts for out of town customers or offer loaner. - Front windshield smeared bad on inside?
