We took our Ford F-350 to Heartland for some repairs and they were amazing! They loaned us a Bronco when it was clear they needed to keep the truck. They found an additional issue and were able to get all the work done when they told us it would be done. We were so happy that we took our truck to Heartland for service. Tara and her team do great work!

Lied about internet rate on my new truck I bought from them. Didn’t put sales tax in loan like I asked. now I got to pay out of pocket thousands of dollars for sale tax on a new truck.asked them to redo paperwork and put sales tax in loan, they said no you signed paperwork already. 2nd time I got messed around on paperwork there. I should of learns from the first time, My advice go somewhere else. This place is so dishonest!!!

Don’t waste your time, go to SMITH FORD IN CONWAY!Smith Ford has way better customer service than Heartless Ford can offer you. It’s further to drive but well worth the customer service & up most respect to their customers, accurately diagnosing my vehicles problem. I thought owning a Ford vehicle & it being serviced by a Ford dealership would stand by Ford’s standard of care but that’s definitely not the case in Heber Springs.Smith Ford will always service my vehicle, or get my business by buying another Ford again.I will say it again, SMITH FORD IN CONWAY! 😊
