Good people there! Had the part I needed, and at a very reasonable price. Not sure why all the negative reviews, we had a really good experience and would definitely recommend.

Awful service - they change their prices from one day to the next and you have to continuously call them as they dont return calls. Stay away!

Great service! Got a radiator fan and knuckle both in impeccable shape for a fraction of the cost anywhere else and the parts were ready and waiting when I arrived. Would definitely call them again for parts

Poor customer service, talked to the owner about a control panel for a vehicle, worked out a price and arranged for it to be shipped to the shop here in Brandon, was speaking to the owner but gave card details to another gentleman as the owner became busy, I provided my card so that they could charge me for the part and shipping. About a week rolls by and I still don't have my part, I call the Crosstown store and get the owner on the phone, he states almost immediately that I must have called the wrong wrecker when I know for a fact that I didn't, when I explained that I spoke with him before and then was transfered to another gentleman, he said that thats impossible as it is just him and another lady working there, he then proceeded to tell me he bets money that I never called there, thanks for calling me a liar. They never charged my card but what a shady business, DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I blew my engine and needed one asap. These great guys found me an engine and I had prepaid and was to come pick it up a few days later. I got a call from the owner and he told me they were not satisfied with the engine they had pulled out from another vehicle as it was making some weird sounds. He offered to give me a refund or wait until they found another one which they did in a few days. I am a single girl that doesn't know anything about engines and could have easily been taken advantage of but they were honest and sincere. I would recommend to anyone needing parts or even as big as an engine. !!! Great people. My engine is working beautifully!!!

Bad experience with this place , ordered some parts and made a list , said to come back , came back and said lost the list , do it again , went back , nothing was done , waited over an hour and he dug up a couple of items, told to come back , when i did he goes into a rant about coming back , unless you plan on spending a lot of money , stay away from this place , not user friendly at all , last time i went i wanted a scissor jack , brings out a dirty rusty jack and say's 165.00 dollars , in what lifetime ? Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere , you've been warned .

When I got there I was asked what was I looking for , I told them and the mechanic came with me to show me where the vehicle was . I found what i needed but i needed the vehicle raised so i could get what i needed . But before that we needed to agree on a price . So i went back in and spoke to the owner . When i mentioned what i wanted to spend this little man who was the owner got all ignorant , in my face , telling me that my offer was insulting and if i dont like it "to bad" . What a jerk (the owner) the mechanic was very nice. I left without my part and we were only dollars apart. I do not recommend this place at all.

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible service. Answered the phone as if I was bother him. Never use this mess of a company.

Got told to call back in 10 min 4 times and when I call back it just goes straight to voicemail. When they finally decide to pick up the phone they are vary unhelpfully and say they cant get to if for a few weeks. Terrible service curious why they decide to open if they dont want to work
