If you have an issue with your Honda I wouldn't recommend you taking it here for any kind of warranty issue. Terrible customer service and they will not follow through with contacting Honda. Over priced and terrible customer service! I'm proud to say that I took my business some where else and will never spend a penny with this place.

Went in for a helmet and parts. They only had small and extra small helmets. Every helmet in the store was small/extra small. Waited at the counter for about half hour. Finally, a salesman asked what I was looking for, I told him, then was told that I would have to wait a minute. Then another person walked into the store and they helped him immediately with all his questions. Meanwhile, I'm still standing at the counter. Then 3 more people came up to the counter and they helped them immediately. Meanwhile, I'm still waiting. It's now been about 45 minutes. Yep, that's how quick they help everyone else, yet I'm still waiting. Finally I was told they would have to order them. I said OK, then asked another question. Told to wait a minute. 15 minutes go by and 4 new customers helped immediately. I start walking out and was told by the salesman near the door to have a nice day. What great service!!
