Sure, George (the guy at the front desk) is very knowledgeable. He's also extremely rude. Now, after spending several thousand dollars with them over the last couple of months, he's refused to warranty the rear-end that they rebuilt and didn't last 10 days. When we pulled it back out of the truck, every bolt in it had backed out and it destroyed itself because of poor workmanship. That is obvious to see. George's words were "I don't care. sue me!" I then spoke with the owner and was cursed at and told to come get my rear-end. I will sue you sir and you will never get one dime of my money ever again.

Not happy with there warranty. They said I tampered with transmission and I never touched it.it was low oil because it leaked from were they left bolts loose. Be careful

After the front desk guy got me a similar part to the one I brought in; I noticed it was aluminum unlike the original part made of very heavy solid steel . I told him I would hold off for now and see if I could find an OEM part. That apparently upset him; he began telling me I didn’t know what I was talking about and how long he had been doing his job. I didn’t disagree with him which is why I was going back with OEM it’s the safe option and the original one lasted 28 years and 800,000. He was right I didn’t know how his cheeper lighter part was going to perform and I didn’t want to wait 28 years to find out. The guy was rude and probably upset because it was close to closing time and he “wasted” five minutes with me. This was five years ago; the OEM part I got from the another company is going strong and I have not been back since.
