I bought a door and had some issues with the one i got. They are very understanding about the situation and listens to whatever you need to say even though they are super busy. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

Eskimo parts has been absolutely, unbelievable service. My experience I can’t say enough good things about what they did for me. I have spent days shopping other auto parts and couldn’t find what I needed. I finally got a hold of Eskimo and they were able to ship parts they didn’t have from some other parts of the country to supply my needs. They were very friendly courteous and they also offer the 90 day warranty. For sure I will be going back to them.

Website said engine runs perfect. Put a down payment on it. Took 2 weeks for them to tell me engine was no good when at first they promised it to me in 2-3 days twice. Got the full run around. For better service kendale truck parts is right across the street

Outstanding customer service. Came to pick up my part and they loaded it for me treated me great! Plus 90 day warranty can't beat it for used parts.

Incredibly poor customer service. I was put on hold consistently when trying to get the eta for the part I ordered. The part came three days later than expected. This I can understand - the extreme lack of communication, I cannot.Here's something to try... maybe instead of leaving me on hold for 35 minutes, let the call ring through so I can at the least leave a message so your lazy employees STILL can't get back to me.

I was looking for a blower motor for my Audi a3 and it proved to be a little challenging because it had a different connector than the typical vw/audi part. The folks at Eskimo auto parts were determined to find a part that would fit my car. Sure enough they sourced one from out of town and it works perfectly. Thanks again. I always trust eskimo auto parts. No need to go anywhere else.

Was told they would have the parts by next day and was charged immediately.. 7 days later they finally pull the part. Turns out the engine was “water logged” and they apparently refunded my card immediately after they were pulled (still waiting on getting the payment refunded to my card). They wouldn’t even give me the part for a lower price because they were “garbage”.. and they “threw them out immediately.” Parts that don’t corrode and are made out of a material that doesn’t break down in water. Can’t wait to see these incredibly specific parts on eBay or Kijiji for double/triple the price.The negative reviews seem to correspond with my story and I’m regretting the whole transaction.

Been on hold 15 min so seems they are not so eager to help their customers and my time ain't so valuable thx . But boy what great on hold loop

Absolutely horrible service. Pay for a part, supposed to be ready at a certain time and nis even after multiple times trying to get it. Have no problem taking my money tho.

I would recommend these guys to anyone who needs a company that goes above and beyond when needing auto parts. Although they didn't have the part I was looking for they assisted us in locating it from another Province. Customer service was exceptional and I will use them again if needed.
