There is not enough great things to say about Farmers Towing. I was stuck in a ditch for 2 days in the snow from Jan.15 - 17, 2022 waiting on AAA who has now become an absolutely worthless service for drivers in need. I finally began googling local tow companies and Farmers Towing were the only ones that would answer their phones. They were up front and said they were extremely busy but at least gave me a time frame they would be coming and would call with their ETA. They did just that and were at my my location within 10 minutes of their eta. Both gentlemen were extremely helpful and had us on our way in no time. Prices were extremely reasonable as well. The fella that owns this tow company had the patience of a saint. I had a run in with ole deputy lil Johnson and bird. They had put a hold on my truck and after almost 2 weeks my lawyer got it released. The guy at the tow company, he put up with my attitude and professionally handled it. Also when I picked up my truck, he did all he could do to work with me. If I was to ever need a to or someone else needs one, this is the business to call!

Answered when I called - no run around. Provided ETA. Called to give updates. On time. Friendly staff upon arrival. Only hiccup was the driver doesn't take card. But he just followed us to the bank. Would definately recommend and use again.

Our Subaru decided to quit (battery and electrical issue) at Grayson Highlands State Park campground. Sunday. Father's Day. Subaru Roadside Assistance had a heck of a time finding someone/anyone who could or would help us. Finally they found Johnny Farmer and he arrived when he said he would. He knew how to get our vehicle out of park. He loaded it on his rollback and my wife and I sat with him for the 90 minute ride to the Subaru dealership in Boone. Johnny is a very good man. He demonstrated very clearly that he knows his business. He's got a great attitude and we really enjoyed getting to know him during our ride to Boone. He even dropped us off at a hotel near the dealership before he delivered the car. We would give him seven stars if we could but five will have to do. Call Johnny Farmer when you need to get towed.

I got my Tundra stuck on a tight switchback, leaving my cabin. For 2 hours I tried to get my truck moving. I gave up and called Farmer's towing, and that was the best decision I made. My go-to couple for getting me on the road!!!
