Today I experienced that dreaded thing of trying to purchase a car without the best of credit. When I walked into the dealership I was greeted with smiles a handshake and a feeling like they were rolling out the red carpet for little old me. The experience was phenomenal. The representative that worked with me whom by the way his name is Bradley was very informative and very pleasant. I explained to him the features I needed in this car and we went right to the SUV that was meant for me. My husband and I purchased a car for my son from Findlay and our salesperson was Melissa Ferber. She was knowledgeable, personable and helped us make our buying experience perfect. I’m so very grateful for her coming 150 miles to Barstow so we could sign the contract since we had to go back on the road as my husband is a truck driver. The whole process was easy and effortless thanks to Melissa. We appreciate her for helping us make our sons first car something he will enjoy for years to come. Btw since we purchased my sons car my daughter has also bought a car from Melissa since she did a great job with us 😇

I have bought two vehicles from Brandon Osborne this year! I am very satisfied with not only my purchases, but the customer service he provided us with. Alex was a joy to work with especially because there was not a lot of high pressure. 😆😆😆He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was a hell of a lot better representative of Findlay than other dealerships I’ve been to.
